Rooms comfortable, spacious, clean, very well-equipped. Laundry room available for free. Hotel staff truly kind and helpful, really go the extra mile for customers.
Location is practical (near train station) but creepy. I have traveled all around Taiwan and this is the only place with such dirty streets and such a concentration of dodgy businesses (shady KTVs, etc) I have ever seen. Also, prepare to translate from Indonesian / Tagalog / Vietnamese/ Thai because most shops and restaurants in the area hardly have anything written in Chinese or English.

房間很寬敞、乾淨、位置靠近台鐵和附近有非常多店、特別一間叫「宮原眼科」、很多人去打卡。
Near to Miyahara and Taichung MRT station. Walking to pastry shops. Convenient store.store also 2 mins away.

Good communication from the hotel throughout. Was able to reserve a parking lot before I arrived, by messaging through Line. Hotel staff very quickly replaced our shower hose when it broke. Loved that there was a ball pit on Level 12 for young children. Easy access to 7-Eleven and Family Mart just downstairs.
Would appreciate a microwave oven to be provided on Level 12. Key card readers in the lift were a bit of hit-and-miss; some cards were easily read while others took several tries.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Taichung Station and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it offered great value for money, and we would happily stay here again.
