Very poor

Location was excellent

Brown water from taps all week got in touch with host but not even responded ,so showering in Brown water all week, no kettle no English tv ants coming from back of plug socket onto worktop so unable to use for making food, also really bad smell coming from drains. Host decided to get intouch with me when I was on my way home and said water was Brown due to water company but speaking to other people on complex nobody's water was Brown we were told its the boiler that needs changing from another owner. Not helpful at all .Best thing about holiday was location.

Superb

Loved the full package , only thing I would change is putting a parasol in patio instead of the stuff that keeps the sun out , with a parasol it would be personal choice but would definitely use it again 😀 👍

great location, beautiful property

the hot water was brown. the owner said if ran the tap it would be ok, ( it wasn't) , as it was due to the property being empty. we were informed by neighbours that there was someone staying there the full week before we arrived. noone came to see us. also there was no kettle. again nothing was done when we informed the owner the day we arrived

exceptional value for money, lovely host and outstanding location. We would return.

location is great. communication with host was excellent. plenty of space and quiet pool.

slight smell from the drains but there was bleach under sink to put down plug holes. we just left plugs in sink.

LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS GREAT AND THANK YOU FOR BOTTLE OF WINE WE NEEDED IT AFTER ABOVE!

EXPECTED CALL BEFORE ARRIVAL NO ADDRESS FOR TAXI DRIVER, NO APT. NO. AND NO ENTRY CODE .RECEIVED TODAY ON ARRIVAL HOME .WE ARE 2 ELDERLY LADIES AND DO NOT HAVE EMAIL ON MOBILES. TRIED TO PHONE NO. GIVEN AS CONTACT FOR OVER AN HOUR, NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH AND KEPT CUTTING US OFF. EVENTUALLY MAN ARRIVED AND LET US IN. THEN DOOR WOLD NOT LOCK, AGAIN TRIED CALLING WITH NO LUCK HAD TO LEAVE DOOR OPEN FOR 2 DAYS TILL MAN IN GARDEN FIXED FOR US. NO KETTLE IN APT. DATED DECOR AND SO HARD PILLOWS! SO STRESSFULL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WHEN USING BOOKING .COM

The location.

A cockroach being eaten by ants met us at the door inside. The drain smell around the sink was overpowering. We bought bleach to put in the sink..still the same next day..No kettle. Faulty door handle struggling to get in and out of the premises. We stayed 1 night then moved. Not what 2 elderly ladies needed on holiday!.no English tv for dull days. !! Very disappointed.

chilled relaxing week in caleta de fuste.

fab location,5 mins from restaurants ,bars supermarkets and, a Wonderful beach. Apartment is great with strong wi-fi, nice little terrace and quiet surroundings. Communication with host was very good. Just loved Caleta de Fuste,10 mins in a taxi from airport, we found the area chilled and relaxing.This apartment is in a prime location .

No english channels on tv, a few more loungers around pool as there were only 3 ,and all would be perfect .

Lovely apartment

Perfect location, very close to the beach and shops. Lovely apartment with good size of bedrooms. The owner is very kind and responding very fast for the messages. Highly recommended!

Ideal location at great price!

We had a great stay in this apartment, it has everything you need for a good holiday. The location is amazing, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was very welcoming including leaving some treats on arrival and information on the island. We were very happy.

Pillows personally a bit hard for me but may suit others. There were only 4 loungers at the pool but we had it to ourselves most days anyway!

fabulous stay at this apartment will definitely stay again .

very central location near to supermarket, bars and eateries very clean Wheelchair / mobility scooter accessible welcome pack left for us by the host sunny patio area with table and chairs. pool is small but functional we had a small problem . This was sorted by the owner as soon as they were made aware . very welcoming and answered any questions promptly.

everything was great however tv in Spanish only , would’ve been good for us to have some English channels

Really nice stay

Kindness of host and convenient communication. Welcome with a glass of wine, quiet place, washmachine available, fruits from the passion fruit tree on the patio
