Very disappointed

The only good thing was the view from the rooms we had Some of the foods we ordered was good The boy that delivered food to our rooms had a professional approach

The hospitality was very bad Heavily understaffed The guy in reception doesn't know how to handle the guest.Doesnt know how to adress the guests The bathroom window curtains in both the 2 cottages we booked were broken ,one could easily look in the bathroom. The didnt provide any toiletries, expect for a small bathing soap Eventhough in the booking.com website show they provide toiletries One room didn't had hot water,had enquired multiple times but didn't got a positive response from the staff The tv channels were not working,the wifi didn't have a proper network , literally no internet connection They don't allow foods from outside ,but only a few foods are tasteful Bedsheets were not properly washed,there were stains Not at all value for money

The rooms are good. The toilets were clean. The bed was comfortable. The view outside is great. Prompt communication.

A bit difficult to reach as the property is in a remote corner and the road was absolutely worst. There's no formal front office kind of facility, it's better to call them in advance if you are dropping in super late; I mean you don't have to wake up the boy. Besides a single towel, there's not much toiletries available.
