This property was beautifully decorated and well equipped with cleaning products.
All rooms were clean and well presented and the cottage was within walking distance from the train station.
The deep bath was an amazing touch.
Always wear shoes when in the property as there are many tacks/ pins sticking out the carpets on the stairs. Every child in our party had bleeding/scratched/ pinpricked feet.
The hot tub was missing parts, most of the jets did not work and the roof was very hard to manover off and on.
One person could not achieve this on their own.
It did smell strong of chlorine but the water was very murky. And although there was a manual about safety etc there was not a lot of information regarding temp of hot tub or how to fill the water level.
Also one large towel and one small towel per person. But for showering and hot tub usage maybe 2 towels would feel cleaner and give a chance to wash and clean towels.

The location is absolutely fantastic, you couldn’t be more central
There was a few issues around the property, just needs to tlc. The flush handles on the toilets were loose, the shower kept leaking due to a presumed crack in the pipe which was covered by duck tape, the hot tub didn’t produce bubbles well with the filter cover inside being slightly broken. And the radiator didn’t work in the first floor bedroom due to the temperature nob being broken off.

One of the headboards of the twin beds was broken, most of the dinnerware was dirty

Location is perfect, everything you need is within a 2 min walk, hot tub is always a bonus and a large common area was good for are group of 6.
Cleaning needs to be better, tables and counter tops where dirty, knives where so dull and no sharpener made its hard work when it came to dinner time.
