Exceptional

Clean and spacious apartment close to the Forks, Manitoba Museum and downtown. Bright, sunny room on a surprisingly quiet street and secure parking lot.

Very good

Beautiful room, great vibes, excellently central location, comfy bed, nice and roomy.

Very cold! It's a big space, I'm guessing it's tough to heat in up well in March.

Exceptional

The apartment is very comfortable, has everything you need for living, the house has a laundry, and a gym. Nearby there is a shop, very quiet and comfortable. Check-in takes place independently, according to the instructions.

Everything went great, no complaints. Thank you.

Price is not that what it shows .Lot in way of taxes and cleanung fee

it was cleaned .Good decoration and stuff .

carpet is way old need to replace .Need more lights .Coffee maker should be replaced . More charges in the way of taxes and cleaning fee.

Pleasant

The accommodation was very easy to find and the manager was replying to our messages quickly and politely. We well also provided all information well in advance. The accommodation was large, warm, and well-equipped. It was also mostly clean (it was apparent that some previous guests did not clean the dishes and the managers did not check that so some dishes were dirty, despite being offered there "ready to use").

I am very sorry to say that it was certainly the last time I visited that place. According to the loft description, there was supposed to be 1 sofa bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 futon bed. When we arrived with a colleague, we noticed that there was no futon bed and only a single blanket. There were just additional bed sheets that I used on the sofa. I repeatedly asked for the second blanket but haven't received any before we left which made the nights there uncomfortable (fortunately, we were there just for two nights). Even though it is an adults-only place (which was important because we were staying there due to business issues), we feel it may be important for some potential guests to know that we found the neighbourhood of the New York Style Loft rather dangerous, with the vast majority of people (cca 90 %) being either homeless or of very low "social status". During the first night we were woken up by a fire alarm - which is, of course, nothing the managers can predict - but when we left the building using the fire exit stairs, we witnessed a police officer handcuffing a man for what looked like a sexual assault attempt.

The stylish loft is conveniently located in Winnipeg’s Exchange District, which is nearby many of Winnipeg’s most most popular sites. The loft is clean, cozy, and well-managed by the responsive staff.

Perfect for our needs - loved the ability to rustle up a meal in the apartment

The location was central and close to my daughter so we could spend lots of time with her during out stay.

The street was lots of warehouse accommodation, some of which was vacant or run down so would not have been comfortable to wander around alone late at night. Fine during the day though and there was a lovely cafe really near by.

A beautiful redone loft with lots of natural light in a busy part of downtown Winnipeg.

This is a beautifully redone loft with internal brick and lovely high windows. It is in an up and coming part of downtown with lots to do within walking distance. I appreciated the great communication from the owner and the functional kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Would be happy to stay again!

Nice spacious unit. Warm. Well designed. Nice location.

Some dishes were dirty, but put away dirty. Refrigerator wasnt clean either. Nor was the inside of the stove or microwave. There also was no broom or handvac to assist in cleaning up after ourselves. We improvised as best we could. There was also no trash bags or paper towels. We were told to read thru the Booking.COM INSTRUCTIONS to get the info to assist our check in. However, the phone number provided led to a voice recording that the number was no longer in service! Yikes. Had our Shelock Holmes efforts applied to an adjoining landlord failed, we would have NEVER gotten in the unit. Thanks to his consideration, we did get hooked up to a lady who stated she emailed me everything needed.(?) But, because I did not get this initially, she did send me the same info to my phone messenger so we then got things straight and she was accommodating. Incidentally the original emails traveled thru cyber space and arrived finally on our final day. We were able to read all the details but felt like perhaps we should be washing our sheets and bedding because soap pods were left out on the washer(?) While the communication on this was vague, the communication on making sure we were 100% out by 10am was rather urgent loud and clear and frankly borderline inhospitable. Where these messages were generated from, are beyond my guess. Other than these points. We loved it. And loved the town despite sub zero weather!

Good

We loved the big windows and the lay out of the place. Everything was clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was easy.

The thermostat was a bit difficult to use and there weren't important items such as dish soap and a cloth for washing dishes.

Rock hard bed and poor quality pillows.

Comfy apartment apart from the bedding issues.

THE BED WAS ROCK HARD AND THE PILLOWS HORRIBLE. We loved the apartment apart from those two very vital things. Hopefully they invest in a high quality foam topper for the bed and some better quality pillows and then we would love to stay again.

Cozy and relaxing

I like the layout of it all. Very New York style just like it’s said and shown. Easy access to go in. I would stay again.

One thing I would’ve liked is a quicker response from the property owner. They took till the last day to respond to my messages which was quite frustrating.
