Perfekte Anreise für die Umgebung Karlsruhe. Guter Komfort.

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn.

Restaurant war am Sonntagabend nicht in Betrieb. Das Essen am Samstag war knapp durchschnittlich.

Perfekte Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück

Sehr neues Haus, modern eingerichtet, viel Glas, viele Spiegel. Sehr bequemes Bett. Perfektes Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre, vor allem ohne Dauer-Beschallung durch Radiosender.

Für den Preis ist das Einzelzimmer relativ eng. Lichteffekte im Zimmer nach meinem Geschmack etwas übertrieben. Warum muss die Schrankinnenbeleuchtung leuchten, wenn man nur das Leselämpchen braucht? Die umliegenden Straßen werden nachts leider zum Abstellen von Lkw genutzt, von denen manche ab 4 Uhr wieder angelassen werden. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, aber man sollte die Fenster lieber geschlossen halten.

Isolation in a room 209 is a big problem.

This was not our first stay in the hotel. First time we were amazed with absolutely everything, but this time we really have to complain about the isolation in room 209 because you could hear everything, from walking, talking, etc. I often stay in hotels that have good sound isolation and when someone is talking you can't hear anything even if the person is standing in front of your door and talks, you can only hear mumbling, not clear sentences. I don't know if it is a problem of the whole floor or just that room, because the firs time (on the first floor) we haven't had experience like this. If you point on the booking that the room has sound isolation, it should be so. I'll describe the situation in the next segment "What I didn't like". Before I write what we didn't like I would just like to say that the beautiful brown haired young woman who was working at reception on Sunday (January, 28th) was very kind and beyond all our expectations. She is one of the reasons why guests should return to your hotel.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately I have to say that we didn't get any sleep. Neither overnight, nor during the day. I don't know what kind of guests stayed at the hotel this weekend, but the staff should certainly warn those who violate the house rules, which state exactly that the hotel must be quiet after 11 p.m. The first night (around 11:30 p.m.) I went out into the hallway to warn 6-8 adults who were standing there and talking very loudly to the point that I had the feeling that they were standing in front of my door. Around 4 in the morning, two or three girls ran down the hallway in high heels and screamed for about 10 mins and I think that's really inappropriate. The staff should still watch out for such situations because there are still many guests in the hotel who are sleeping at that time of the night, especially guests with small children who were in the hotel that night. The girls who I mentioned also left kebabs and tissues on the floor in the hall in front of someones room, which is another reason to warn critical guests. On the second night around 2 in the morning I had to go out into the hallway again and tell some people to quiet down because they were very loud. Also around 4 in the morning (probably the same girls as the previous day) again ran in high heels thorugh the hallway and laughed and talked there for about 15 minutes. We don't want to give you a bad grade because we always feel comfortable in your hotel, but we think you should have some sanctions for guests like these because it's not okay for 50 or more guests to suffer because of two or three careless guests. I believe that someone would give a very bad grade after what they have experienced and decide not to come to your hotel again, but we will trust that you will take care of isolation and problematic guests in the future.

Zum übernachten gut. Wohlfühlen war für mich nicht möglich. Schade.

Das Schild im Zimmer ( siehe Bild) Handtücher werden , obwohl man sie nicht auf den Boden legt , weggeräumt. Den Kartenleser findet man nicht im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers, sondern neben der Badtür. Das heißt erstmal im Dunkeln durchs Zimmer laufen und suchen. Die Klimaanlage ist laut , also am besten ausschalten.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Durch die vielen negativen Punkte hat das alles nicht mehr gepasst.

Liegt sehr unzentral, kaum etwas in der Nähe, nur mit Auto befahrbar keine ÖPNV. Sehr laut, Zimmerdame klopft 3 mal an Tür wir öffnen die Tür sie entschuldigt sich, nicht verständlich. Rezeption abends nicht deutschsprachig versteht kaum etwas, sehr ungelegen wenn man etwas wichtiges klären muss - WIFI Probleme etc. Betten sehr hart & unbequem, ich würde leider nicht mehr kommen auch wenn ansich das Zimmer schön aussah.

A lot of money for a comfortable bed offset by several frustrations. Book with caution.

The bed was very vomfortable and the facilities are new and quite elegant, if that's worth something to you. It's quiet with the window closed. Staff are friendly, courteous and professional.

SEVENTY FIVE EUROS FOR ONE HOUR OF SAUNA -- I asked Booking.com to find hotels with a Sauna, as my partner and I value the Sauna experience after a long day of travel. Well, imagine our sureprise when we were told at the front desk that the Sauna would cost SEVENTY-FIVE EUROS FOR ONE HOUR of use, and they would need an hour's advance notice to get it warm. If that was mentioned on the Booking listing, I didn't see it. I expected a listing of "Sauna" to mean there would be a Sauna we could use as part of the pretty steep price for the room. SEVENTY FIVE EUROS FOR ONE HOUR OF SAUNA. :-( Breakfast is similarly expensive at 24 EUROS per person. No breakfast for us at that price. The upgrade from a standard room for 136 Euros to a marginally larger room "on the courtyard" for 180 Euros was a joke. THERE IS NO COURTYARD. Our "courtyard view" was to the parking lot, a construction site, and the autobahn. Don't waste your money upgrading. No one side of the square building is quieter than any other. :-( The shower is just form over function. The spray head holder does not rotate from an angle of 90 degrees, you can't point the spray head downward. There is an overhead 'rain' shower head, but both heads splash water all over the bathroom floor because there is NO SHOWER DOOR OR CURTAIN on the stall. Ask for extra towels on check-in; you'll need them to mop up all the overspray. :-(

Sehr schönes Hotel für eine Kurztrip

Ein sehr schönes Hotel nahe eines Golfplatzes und der Autobahn. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und würden es immer wieder buchen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne Atmosphäre, ein leckeres Frühstück.

Eingentlich top, aber…..

Das Hotel an sich an uns sehr gut gefallen. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Empfang war herzlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr stylisch gestaltet und alles wirkt hochwertig. Das Frühstück wurde mit Liebe vorbereitet.

Wir haben über Nacht unser E-Auto aufgeladen. Beim Check In wurde uns nichts zum Preis für das Aufladen gesagt (wir haben aber auch nicht aktiv gefragt). Beim Check out sind wir fast hinüber gefallen, was uns dann berechnet wurde. Den Preis pro kWh würden wir als Wucher bezeichnen.

Mooi maar, teleurgesteld.

Het is een prachtig en fris hotel. De ligging is praktisch ten opzichte van de snelweg naar in de nabije omgeving is niks te doen ( industrieterrein )

Door een fout in het deursysteem en/ of medewerker werd onze kamer ook nog aan iemand anders toebedeeld, het gevolg was dat toen wij s’avonds laat( ontkleed ) op de kamer waren er ineens een een andere hotelgast in onze kamer stond. Je schrikt je kapot! Heel erg slordig en de goede fibe die we van dit hotel hadden was kompleet weg. Een compensatie of excuses is ons niet aangeboden. Je moet er niet aan denken dat je spullen op deze manier ontvreemd raken wanneer je niet op je kamer bent. Ik heb in mijn leven in honderden hotels gezeten maar dit soort amateurisme nog niet eerder meegemaakt. Hotel is dus geen aanrader.

Excellent, highly recommended.

We had to stay in the Karlsruhe area whilst our car was repaired. We found this hotel on Booking.com and made a late reservation. The greeting at reception was gracious and friendly, the room very clean, comfortable and spacious and the restaurant for dinner was excellent.
