The hotel was very clean and the food was nice.
People at reception were lovely a helpful ,cleaning was immaculate ,ai asked for an extra pillow and got straight away
the animation team were quite pushy about selling T-shirts. When we declined to buy one, their attitude changed noticeably. One member of staff who said he was from Tunisia also made an inappropriate comment about my nationality, which I found rude and unprofessional. The hotel itself was good, but this negatively affected our experience.
