Location and staff are friendly specially the receptionist who checked me in and the HK Supervisor. Also, they have upgraded me twice for a much bigger room
AC is not very cold, bedsheets and pillow cases have stain that I have requested to change it which they have change instantly. Thank you

The facility is good, and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and cafeterias nearby, and the location is close to the beach, which is great for a morning walk.
We experience an issue with the air-conditioning. The facility felt quite cold and humid, and there was noticeable condensation inside our room, including on the bathroom floor. When we contacted reception, the staff responded promptly and cleaned the area, which we appreciated. However, the wet floor caused some discomfort and could also be a safety concern.
It may be worth having the air-conditioning and humidity control system checked, as addressing this would make the overall experience much better.
