Very open and green with big airy rooms
The water coming into the bathtub was very yellow

The breakfast is just about ok in variety. The option of juices and cold coffee in hot weather is a must.
The process of moving from the Jetty to hotel must be the responsibility of the hotel additional charges for ferry and e-rickshaw to hotel are not factored

The garden were well maintained. The rooms were spacious but poorly maintained. The restaurant, room service etc staff was great and eager to help; the management staff was not helpful at all. Good food.
The rooms are dated, amenities are not-functional, towels etc dirty, I had my hot water accidentally turned off in winter…overall a lot of mismanagement likely due to lack of training.
