This fabulous home is located in Goolwa South and has a full panoramic view of the river to the Goolwa barrage. An easy walk to Bombora on the River, the Aquatic Club, bike paths and South Lakes Golf Club.
Comprises a bright, spacious family / dine that takes full advantage of the river vista through picture windows that flow out onto the front balcony. A gorgeous spot to watch the passing boats. The modern well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher overlooks the dining area and lounge room, split system AC unit in the main living / dining area.
Master bedroom - Queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds
Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks
Kids room down below the main house
Access to the river via the front block
Main bathroom and separate laundry
Separate court yard area at rear of house
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

This was a lovely place to stay with wonderful views.The floorboards were a bit echoey, and I struggled with that as a mum with 5 kids but it would probably be perfectly fine if you're staying with other adults or teenagers or just don't get easily overstimulated The kitchen was well-stocked with pans and kitchen tools, and it had a great range of cups, mugs, and plates.

The main living area of the house was really lovely with a wonderful view, as was the main bedroom. The second bedroom was a little smaller than expected for two adults. The house was very well equipped although we didn't realise we had to supply our own linen. This fact was missed when we read the description. We have never had to bring linen before, which was an added cost and inconvenience as we came from interstate.

Only 1 air conditioner for the whole house A lot of spiders No soap shampoo or conditioner was provided Neither were bath mats Real estate agent was very helpful bringing 2 fans to assist with heat
