About this house rental
Designed across two generous levels, the home feels warm and welcoming, with timber accents, exposed beams and plenty of natural light adding character throughout. Upstairs, the inviting living area brings everyone together around a generous lounge, with reverse-cycle air conditioning and a TV for comfortable evenings in. Wide glass doors draw the outlook indoors, capturing views towards the golf course, Hindmarsh Island and Narnu Bay, while the adjoining dining area sets the scene for leisurely shared meals.
The modern kitchen makes cooking at home easy, with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a double-bowl sink and plenty of cabinetry and bench space. From here, step onto the elevated balcony and settle around the outdoor table with the scenery stretching out before you. It’s a lovely spot for morning coffee, sunny lunches or dinner in the fresh air while watching activity across the water.
Downstairs, a second lounge offers a cosy change of pace, with warm timber finishes, comfortable seating, Apple TV and a dedicated workspace. Sliding doors open directly to the paved alfresco area and leafy garden, where outdoor seating beneath the trees and a BBQ make afternoons outside especially inviting. The primary bedroom offers two queen beds, outdoor access, reverse-cycle air conditioning, a large walk-in robe and an ensuite with double vanity and extra-large shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and reverse-cycle air conditioning.
The family bathroom features a full-size bath and separate shower, while an additional powder room upstairs offers extra convenience when everyone is together. Laundry facilities make longer stays easy, and the driveway provides practical off-street parking for up to four vehicles.
Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
