Two single beds set up in the large living area can be configured to your requirements as either singles or double bed and made up with fresh linen. Southcourt provides versatile accommodation for up to four people The bedroom has a double bed yet still has enough space for a cot or children’s bed if needed. A pull out sofa is also available in the lounge. The south facing lounge is bright and spacious with double French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. It is beautifully furnished and has a contemporary feel. There is a comfortable sofa and chairs, flat screen TV/DVD and quality soft furnishings. Free WiFi is also available. The large kitchen houses a dining table which seats 4 people (high chair available on request). Appliances include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. The large bathroom is clean, stylish and functional, fitted with a bath and overhead shower. A full linen service is provided, offering beds made up on arrival, guest towels and tea towels. Off-street private parking for one car is included. This is a lovely apartment is ideal for couples, families, singles or small groups of friends. Everything is on your doorstep whether you are looking for a relaxing break or keen to experience all that Worthing and West Sussex has to offer. PLEASE NOTE: Small pets allowed on request. You must show a valid ID on arrival. Please note this apartment has a strict No Party policy Please let Worthing Accommodation know your expected arrival time in advance. A security deposit of £100.00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card on arrival for incidentals. This is credited back to your card on check out subject to a damage inspection of the property. The property was ideal for us visiting family for the baby shower for our 1st grandchild. Just 5mins from family. We will be back. Thank you.

This is a comfortable and spacious flat in a good location. However, it feels like it needs some investment and maintenance to upgrade it. Things like the blind in the bedroom that is stained and needs replacing, There was a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom. I did contact the agent and tell her that it wasn't urgent. I didn't expect that they wouldn't sort it out. Although it was fairly clean, there were issues like leaving a full vacuum cleaner that we had to empty. There were some pices of kitchen equipment that I have come to expect. It's a holiday let - no corkscrew! Primarily, I couldn't work out how to use the hob. I tried to contact the agent but never received a reply. The instructions were for a different hob. This was after we had bought food to cook. So we were unable to self-cater and had wasted money. I think the lack of resopnse was the most concerning issue. What would we have done if there had been something urgent?
