The property was centrally located, with easy self check-in and everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. Being able to bring our dog was a real bonus, and having Wi-Fi was handy too.
Overall, the property was lovely, in a fantastic location and generally very clean. The kitchen was excellent, and we appreciated having a travel cot provided for our baby.
However, the towels had an unpleasant smell, and the throw placed inside the travel cot did not appear clean and smelled strongly. This was particularly upsetting as it had been provided for our baby to sleep on. Bedding, towels and throws should be freshly washed between guests, especially anything supplied for a cot.
There was also a damp smell throughout the house. Airing the property helped, and it didn’t significantly affect our stay, but it is worth addressing.
We enjoyed the property overall, but more attention to the cleanliness and freshness of the towels and cot bedding would have made our stay much more comfortable.

Nice decor, good location, 15 min walk to the pier, good communication and on street parking.
Paint is peeling in the corner of one bedroom.
Could do with bannister extending to top of the stairs as they are steep coming down.

Handy for railway station and not far from centre. 2 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and shower worked well. Decorations generally bright and cheerful.
The furniture in the living room consisted solely of 2 sofa beds, neither of which were comfortable as a sofa or chair. Had we spent more time inside this would have been a distinct disadvantage.
In addition the bedside lamp in one bedroom was nowhere near a socket to plug it in.. We didn't see any arrival instructions and couldn't work the heating from the flame effect wall heater.
