Situated in Jaco, this charming condo for $173 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Hear the breaking waves 24 hours a day! Wake up on the beach with your own private patio, hammock, sunrise and warm lap pool two steps from your patio! Your 2 bedroom 2-bathroom spacious condo with the most comfortable beds! Make breakfast and coffee in the beautiful gourmet kitchen and enjoy on the patio watching the sunrise! Our unit has a large living area, enormous patio, in unit W/D, in unit A/C, with amenities including soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher soap, dish soap, spices, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, tea strainer, filtered water, concierge services for groceries etc., and much more! Enjoy the use of the 5-star resort next door with full-service food and a bar at their outside pool, Super FUN Casino, and 2 great restaurants inside the hotel! The Palms is a private gated community with 24 hour security on site. Ron and Kristine live onsite and are from California. We loved our first visit here so much we decided to purchase in The Palms! We know most of the locals, restaurant and excursion owners! We speak English and some Spanish and will help you and book your private transportation to and from the airport, your excursions, and dining reservations, private chef, either in advance of your stay or once you arrive! Zip lining, Big Game Fishing, Whale Watching, ATV's, Monkey tours, Hang Gliding, Croc tours, boat ride to Tortuga Island, Snorkeling, Horseback ride on the beach.... are just some of the many excursions you can experience while in Jaco! We have done all of these excursions and love them! If you forget to bring anything your I will have it for you! We keep extra toothbrushes, shaving cream, razors, toothpaste, sun lotion, etc., you need it, we have it!!! Make this the adventure of a lifetime! WE HAVE A 2ND UNIT ON THE 2ND FLOOR THAT IS AVAILABLE AS WELL. IT WILL BE ADDED TO VRBO SOON!

We loved having the main floor unit right by the pool with easy access to the beach. The private patio was a great place to read and dine. We appreciated having the fat bikes to ride into Jacó for groceries, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were responsive and friendly.
The glasses and cutlery were not totally clean when we arrived but the dishwasher solved that.
Having access to Crocs pool was fun.
It was a quiet time of year so noise and privacy were not significant for this main floor unit.
The beach was nicer than closer to Jaco and the sunsets were beautiful.

This place was exactly as advertised. You can sit outside or inside and hear the ocean all day, and the beach is litterly a few feet from the room. We loved it and may look into buying a unit.
The resort next door was not too busy (low season) but nice pool.
Jaco is a very safe and friendly place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Palms. Our only complaints were the water pressure wasn’t good at all and the water didn’t get warmer than luke warm. The shower floor was a bit slippery but that could easily be fixed with a shower mat.
All the air conditioning units worked well except the first bedroom. It would say it is at 26, but didn’t feel anything like it did at 26 in the living room and 2nd bedroom.
Other than those minor issues, everything was great. Wonderful location and the pool was so relaxing to hang out by.

Kristine was an awesome host. Location and condo are perfectly situated on the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Near the casino and 2 swimming pools. Grocery store is right up the road. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for three nights after a week stay in La Fortuna. The property was very safe and steps away from the beach. The pool was so close and very clean. We were happily surprised at how easy it was to access the Crocs pool which was wonderful. We rented a car and were able to easily find a good place to eat. We would recommend eating breakfast at Mary's Diner. We went there twice and it was delicious each time. The washer and dryer were a wonderful added bonus. Especially since we were coming from La Fortuna with a suitcase full of dirty clothes.

Our 9 days and nights at this property was exceptional! Kristine was a wonderful host and helped us with scheduling transportation, excursions, and any questions we had during our stay! We were not ready to leave! Pura Vida, Costa Rica!

We booked our vacation with Vrbo and began texting Ron And Kristen they were great answered all of our questions promptly the condo was perfect . The restaurants were better then we expected the croc pool was perfect I would love to go back again one week isn’t enough

What a wonderful vacation! The 2 king beds were very comfortable. The A.C. worked great. The condo was very clean. Everything you need was in the kitchen. A $4.00 U.S. taxi ride brought you to downtown Jaco where there were lots of restaurants and souvenir shopping.. You could also walk. El Manglar is a quick walk for amazing dinners and much less than Croc's. Right around the corner was Soda La China if you wanted a cheap breakfast or lunch that is very good. The pool was right outside the patio of this ground floor condo with beautifully warm water. The ocean was also very close. There was the use of an ajoining property for those that wanted a lively pool day and it was also very nice and similar to a resort property including hot tubs. We preferred the relaxing quiet pool outside our door with easy access to the washroom and fridge. Wild Macaws visited in pairs daily and were beautiful to see. Ron and Kristine (the owners) were in their personal condo unit and were very prompt in answering all questions, offering recommendations, and dealing with any concerns. We have rented numerous properties through VRBO in years past. Nothing comes close to this property. This property on the ocean is truly paradise. Thanks Kristine and Ron for a fabulous vacation!

We had a blast. The owner, Kristine sent us information on any tour, shopping, places to eat all type of things that we could do PRIOR to our trip. She was so helpful. We always felt safe. The complex has security at all times. Would definitely recommend!

I have stayed many times in Jaco and while all were great this one was awesome.
I walk at 3 30 am everyday and never once did I feel out of place. Beach or street . Next door to Crocs where the food and drinks were served with alot of love

Just a friend and I went down to fish. The hosts were great and very responsive to a few minor issues we had. Unit is on ground level so is great for easy of access and access to pool but not as private it your concerned about that. People waking by. Didn’t bother us we are very social. Unit is well equipped with all youneed even bikes for the beach. AC worked great. Good kitchen etc.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. It was exactly as described and pictured. The best feature of this property is the owner Kristine, who was simply wonderful to us. From the moment we booked, she was so helpful in answering any and all questions we had and offering her help to plan excursions and fun things to do for us as first timers to Costa Rica. A big thanks also to her referral for our driver David, who picked us up from the airport, he's awesome! We had a great time relaxing and going on many adventures, highly recommend!!!

We really loved our stay. The condo was amazing and had everything you could ever need. The location was fabulous and having Croc's next door for drinks and coffee was a huge plus. We loved having the bikes to ride to the downtown area for breakfast.
The only thing we didn't like was the shade that covered the large slider in the living room and bedroom was see-through, particularly in the evening. It was a little uncomfortable at night knowing that someone could look right in a see you, and we had to be sure to change in the bathrooms-curtains would be a quick fix!
Check in and out was easy and the washing machine in the unit was useful for washing all our clothes before leaving.

Perfection at The Palms
Our vacation to Jaco was absolutely perfect and the accommodations that Kristine provided were exceptional. The condo is quite big and has everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the sea breeze from the beach. We loved the access to Crocs pool and there is a lot of places to dine and pick up necessities. Kristine was very welcoming and helpful, checking in on us and responding to all of our needs. We would definitely rent again! You will not regret picking this amazing condo on the beach.

It was amazing in every way
From the moment we booked this condo and throughout our stay Kristine went above and beyond to ensure our vacation would be amazing! I’ve booked numerous vacations through many venues and never had anyone with so many helpful hints and hookups to ensure my family would have the ultimate vacation. The condo had everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to do. She suggested many different activities and we did them all. She suggested we use a private driver instead of renting a car and I was so grateful she did. David our driver was amazing and we made a lifetime friend with him. I’ve never been more comfortable with someone driving my family around as I was with him. I highly recommend him. This is my favorite vacation I’ve taken and I credit this perfect experience to Kristine. There are a couple of Macaws that come eat from the almond tree right behind the condo daily. We also saw a Tucan just down the road. There is security on location who come to the door to let you know when your ride arrives. The pool is right behind the condo and you can sit on the patio and watch your kids swim. The beach is just steps away as are several restaurants. You can walk down the beach and be in downtown Jaco in no time. Everyone was very friendly. The entire experience is something my family will never forget. We can’t wait to go back. My only regret was not being able to meet Kristine as she was out of the country when we got there but she called me to make sure we got settled in ok and stayed in touch to ensure everything was perfect for us. Thank you Kristine for helping us make so many great memories. We will be back. Pura Vida. 🥰

A New Experience
We've been to Costa Rica several times. Jaco was a new place. The Palms was a excellent choice. Wonderful Accommodations and the host and hostess were great. Very relaxing and yet if you wanted something more it was only a few minutes away. Lots if tours available. The entire staff were very helpful, and I would highly recommend this place. We will surely come back soon. One week was not enough to see what Jaco offers.

Fabulous condo with lots of room ,beds are super comfy ,ac works great, beautiful sunsets from the patio, we watched a whale the first day ,so bring binoculars .Bonus for us were the beach bikes great transportation and workout . Enough about the gorgeous condo,Kristine and Ron are one of the most selfless people, besides being here for your questions and needs, I witnessed Kristine come to the aid of a local giving her the things she needed to keep her livelihood operating, Just Awesome!! , Wish more people were like this. She helped us with our whole trip, giving us suggestions for excursions and a referral for a driver (it was actually cheaper for me to higher a driver than to rent a car. I was super grateful because the roads and drivers are a little crazy, lots of steep winding roads). She also facilitated our Covid tests so we could travel back to the US. She treated us like family. I would stay here again and again, we loved it that much.

Best Vacation EVER
We loved our vacation in Costa Rica. We stayed in two locations and our favorite was this condo located on Jaco Beach. The pictures in the listing do not do this property justice. The condo has everything you need and was spotless upon our arrival. Jaco is a great town, and it is easy to get around. Kristine the property manager and owner is AMAZING!! She truly was a highlight in our two-week vacation. She thinks of everything--from all the necessities needed in the condo, excellent restaurant recommendations, and exciting excursions. She helped us plan an amazing week that will definitely be one of our favorite family memories. She even helped us with our return Covid tests when we ran into issues. By the end of our trip, she felt like family. We would come back to this condo in a heartbeat. We loved every minute.

We had a great stay! Our host, Kristine, was excellent in handling details prior to our arrival and during our stay. The unit is literally steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We spent a lot of time on the oversized, covered patio reading, napping and just listening to the waves pound the beach.

Great location, awesome property manager
The location is right on the beach and directly in front of the pool, with a private patio that goes straight to the pool area. It's also right next door to a resort with a pool and poolside service as well as walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We were able to turn in our rental car from the airport in town at Alamo and the property manager helped us get a van to take us to the airport in the morning to save us a few hours of hassle returning the car early like they requested. Kristine is very knowledgeable about the area and found lots of unique experiences for our family to make our trip special.

Great Weekend Stay on The Beach
This was one of the best experiences I have had! Everything was right on point... pics was real and Kristine made it easy for me whenever I needed anything. We could not have had a more awesome package deal! It was better than we could have imagined. They made this an all inclusive vacation package above anything we have ever experienced! They even provided us the COVIC 19 at home tests so we could fly back to the US. The test results came within 15 minutes and we did it on there laptop!

The patio overlooking the ocean and pool was immense – even had a hammock to take a snooze along with comfortable seating for having breakfast or to watch the sunset with your favorite beverage. The town of Jaco Beach is amazing. Some of the best meals at the local restaurants and very reasonably priced – lots of fresh fish and meats cooked to perfection. Did not have a bad meal (all 5 Stars). A 5-minute walk to Clarita’s on the beach for breakfast, lunch or dinner – 5 Stars. The Palms has pool (a must – lazy river), gym and other privileges at the Croc hotel.The full-time residents are very friendly and are eager to help you with the local sites – a big plus. The owners of the condo are eager to help you plan your getaway adventure. They recommended the Monkey tour which is a must do adventure. Fishing, surfing, exploring the rain forest it is all there.
