Paul did an outstanding job communicating with us, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. We greatly appreciated the generous supply of towels, and the pull-out bed was surprisingly comfortable.
The condo was thoughtfully equipped with boogie boards, games, and other activities that our kids thoroughly enjoyed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We also loved the updated appliances and the clean, modern bathrooms.
We absolutely loved this place! We traveled from St. George, Utah, to attend our niece's graduation, and this property was the perfect home away from home. It truly feels like a hidden gem in San Diego. The property is very family-friendly, and the resort-like atmosphere made us feel as though we were vacationing in Hawaii. Being within walking distance of the beach was an added bonus.
We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We previously lived in Oceanside, and now visit annually. For our visits, we always stay with in B116. Paul provided everything you could possibly need from boogie boards to board games, toiletries, comfortable beds. You can just show up and relax. Thank you Paul for always being the best host!

Place was well equipped but was cool and damp. Furniture was uncomfortable. Resort and pool best for young kids. Beach and surrounding area great.
