About this house rental
Situated in Port Aransas, this lovely house for $1,048 per night is a great choice for your next trip. We built this home with the intent to sleep 3 families, so we put a master bedroom on each of the 3 floors. We wanted a view of the ocean and so we built a crows nest which has the BEST 360 degree view of Port Aransas and the ocean! We put in all of our favorite amenities like the huge heated (hot, hot- no extra charge) pool, a ping pong table, a garage that will fit a boat, wet bars with fridges on every floor, a gourmet kitchen, memory foam mattress on every bed, rain shower heads, ice maker, and the most amazing sunset deck. It was important for us to still be in town so you can get to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach by golf cart within a 5 minute cruise. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de sac. There is enough parking for up to 7 vehicles. From the top deck you can see the ships coming in and out of the ship channel, waves for days. the bay. and all the way to Corpus Christi. City of Port Aransas STR #370886

Super house for group of friends. Each person had their own space and the accommodations were very comfortable. Lots of stairs, but the elevator came in super handy. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc to feed a large hungry group. Highly recommend these hosts and the Blue Marlini.

This house was the perfect size for 3 families, maybe more depending on sleep arrangements! Something to note that was specific to us but may help people decide if they want to stay here or not! We had 2 people over 60 staying with us and this house was HARD for them to stay in! The pool is on the first floor, kitchen on second floor and to even get in the house there is stairs so just keep in mind if the people traveling with you will have any trouble! Also there is a third flood but thankfully they did not need to go up there for any reason! Other than that the house was great! There is an elevator so that may have helped; however, it was not working properly at time of stay! Owner did come offer right away to check it out and offered to have someone check it out but we had already decided they would just stay on the second floor so not really needed, so we thought! Definitely needed with anyone older! Anyway overall great stay! Super attentive and great space!

The home was perfect for 15 girls and 1 guy. It was very comfortable, well laid out, and the owner has every need covered. He did not skimp on anything needed for a first class stay. The pool was well used, the beach very close, and the views were amazing! I can't say enough about this property.

This lovely home suited our needs with 3 families enjoying our stay. The pool was an extra bonus we used every afternoon after being at the beach in the mornings.
The owners promptly replied to our questions prior to our stay. They had great suggestions in their notebook on site.

The house was great. Comfortable beds. Pool was perfect. We were down for a fishing tournament and had several trucks with boat trailers. Plenty of space. Only issue we encountered was the neighbor across the street. As we were shifting vehicles and golf carts around he, in a drunken stupor, called the police on us and claimed that we touched his yard with a trailer. Otherwise, awesome house, cool owners and looks just the photos.

We stayed at this beautiful home the weekend before Memorial Day. My family absolutely enjoyed the cart that came with the house. We loved using the pool which had lights and was heated which was wonderful since we had 2 babies with us. There was a floaty for a baby among other fun toys in a rack in garage for everyone to use and enjoy. We enjoyed the deck on the back patio the first night we arrived. The crows nest had a wonderful view to the beach and surrounding neighborhood. We absolutely recommend for evening sunsets with the family or morning with your coffee. The kitchen came well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals (from baking) and grill out—we brought out own charcoal grill. We had all the typical small appliances needed for cooking—microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and there was 2 ice machines. The house is well suited for children—we had 2 babies with us. I inquired ahead of time and was so appreciative they provided us with a high chair and we found 3 pack and plays—just make sure to let Michael know so he can try to accommodate. The house also has child safety knobs so the little ones cannot get out of of the house (especially to the pool) when safety locks are engaged. The beds were super comfy and everyone was well rested while we were there. The only issue we had was trying to lock/unlock the front door with the keypad—needed to turn the knob at just the right time—but we communicated this to owner. We will definitely be returning!

We booked the Blue Marlini house for spring break a couple of weeks ago and the house was wonderful! There are 13 in our family and we had plenty of room. The heated pool was a huge success for our grandsons as they were in it every day and we appreciated having access to the golf cart. The house was clean when we arrived and well stocked with things we needed to get our week started. Michael and Marsha were great to work with, too. When I called them, they responded quickly, they were courteous and answered my questions. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michael and Marsha!

We were a group with 3 families and in our scenario each family had a floor all to themselves. The host was amazing and communication was a 10/10! We loved this home and will definitely revisit soon!

From the day we booked the property for Christmas in March, communication has been top notch with Mike. He allowed my parents to go in a couple days early to see what was available for kitchen items as we were hosting Christmas there. He also allowed us an early check in. The views with this house were amazing! The beds were comfortable. It honestly felt like a home away from home. It was cold while we were there, it was nice to be able to turn up the heat in the pool. Kids swam everyday. With that being said, the amount of money we spent for the week staying there, there could have been some improvement on things. No one had been staying in the house before we got there, we felt it could have been cleaner. For 10 people there were not many towels available and only five wash clothes. The golf cart didn’t have gas and was full of trash. We had to push it to the gas station to get gas. The back yard had beer cans and cigarette butts underneath the deck. We couldn’t even use the grill as it was disgusting. Don’t know when the last time it was cleaned. The waffle maker was full of batter and toaster didn’t work. There was also no crockpot that we could find. It also stated that it had direct tv. It wasn’t available when we were there. The Wi-Fi cut in and out. Mike actually sent Kelly out to restart the router. She eventually left open the closet so we could restart it without her coming back each time. The elevator was so nice for my MIL who can’t do stairs. The things that could be improved on were in no way a reflection of Mike and his property. Just think it was the cleaning company. I would 100% stay here again! You can’t beat the views, comfortable beds, amazing host and pool with this VRBO.

We had a group with 6 kids, ages 4 mos to 14 years old, and everyone was happy! The pool was a great way to cool down each day. The layout of the bedrooms made it easy for the older kids to sleep in upstairs, while the little kids could get up earlier and have breakfast. The crows nest had beautiful views and made for a nice event each evening to go watch the sunset. The golf cart was helpful and fun to use to get to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Mike & Marsha we’re easy to communicate with and responsive. There were video games which our 10 year old enjoyed. Our 14 year old enjoyed the AC and blackout curtains in the lower bedroom. The details in the welcome book were very helpful and we really enjoyed the suggestions for restaurants and what to do…especially looking for ghost crabs on the beach at sunset! When we showed up, it had appeared the housekeeping had not done that great of a job cleaning up as there was a musty smell in the bathroom, the kitchen had ants and bugs crawling, the golf cart was not cleaned, and the pool had sand.
For $5,000 for 3 nights I definitely expected more.

This home was perfect for our island getaway. Due to the unseasonable cold weather eight adults were so comfortable here and we prepared meals every day in a kitchen that was well equipped. This property is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in. Very clean, spacious, and well organized. The location near the beach was a big plus for us! Beautiful Family friendly house
The owner was overly accommodating from the beginning. We had a death in the family and had to postpone our trip a few days. She was very understanding and let us rearrange our trip. The house had more than ample room for 7 adults and 2 kids with room to spare! There wasn’t a bad room in the whole place. Kids loved the bunk rooms. The crows nest observation deck is amazing to watch sunsets and sunrises. Great pool area to swim with everyone. Attention to detail was on point. Every bath room had little soaps, shampoos and q-tip packs. Refreshing rain fall showers and ample towels. Good location Golf cart made getting around a breeze!
