Great property, the beach, grocery store, restaurants are all within walking distance. The kids had a blast fishing and hanging at the beach. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely come back.

Love the location, but the condo needs some serious help. Since we've been staying there, the ONLY that"s different is the couch and the table outside. The old couch was much better, this plastic thing is terrible! The mattresses I don't believe have ever been changed out. For what we paid, they could have redone the entire place!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week with family. Plenty of room for everyone in our group, 8 total. Pool & hot tub were very nice & not crowded. The beach is across the street. Amazing view from our 4th floor balcony! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Publix grocery store is next door. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance & johns pass is a short trolley ride away. Loved the area & we would stay here again.

Very spacious condo where you can sit inside and be comfortable when the sun is not shining outside. Beautiful view of the beach and the balcony is nice and large. Publix grocery store next door was so convenient for us to grab anything we needed.

The elevator was broken days before we arrived and remained broken for half of our stay . Not a pleasant experience hauling luggage and groceries up to the top floor. More effort could have been made to ensure it was operating. I was told we would be compensated for the inconvenience, but haven’t seen any as of yet …Your feet get black from the floor in the condo. Certain areas are really starting to show there age . The pool was cold because the heater had not been turned on until just before we left … The ladies room in the lobby , the one you would have to use if you were utilizing the pool or hot tub was out of service almost the entire 10 days also . The location is great , the view is great , but for the money they have been collecting for many years , they unfortunately are not maintaining the property.

We were not notified until the day before that we would not have ANY access to our deck! We traveled to Fla to sit outside and enjoy the weather which we could not unless we left our condo. If we stayed indoors for any reason the noise from all the work was SOOOO loud we couldn't hear the TV The place was extremely dirty, we couldn't even walk to bathroom without our getting black. Would not recommend

Even though We had a little bit of an issue with the cleanliness of the condo we couldn’t picture a better spot for a family. We love that everything was within walking distance pool, beach, food and Publix. The beds were comfortable and the whole process was super easy.

Very nice location and very convenient to everything. Just needed to do laundry and couldn’t. I did message owner and maintenance never came to help. Besides wonderful condo.

Property(furniture/ appliances) needs to be updated and the cleaning most definitely needs to be addressed. Had we not drove 11 hours, and were able to find another accommodations. Made the most of it but would definitely not stay again.

Loved our stay here! Everything we needed was close by. The beach, restaurants, grocery store. Very spacious. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable as well. The views from the apartment were breathtaking at sunset. Definitely looking forward to coming back here. Checkin and checkout were a breeze!
