Convenient location for my visit to encore. Easy to find good nearby. Polite front desk and room service staff.
Parking ramp was a bit cramp. Staff had accidentally checked someone in and had to wait quite a bit for staff to check with supervisor on other room availability. Lift was slow and on Saturday it took a long time to access our room to and from the lobby. On Saturday nights, can hear the Mat Rempits racing all night, even though we were on the 24th floor.

we had the worse stay as we had to move room at 5:50am as we had an inconsiderate neighbour who started smoking at 4 am . the entire room was engulf with smoke
