Bed were comfortable and the water pressure was great
A rather disappointing stay at Grand Flora Hotel.
The only saving grace was the check-in process, which was reasonably fast, likely because there was no queue at the time. However, everything else went downhill from there.
Upon entering the room, we found that the air conditioning was completely non-functional and blowing no air. When checked, the AC motor was heavily clogged with thick dust. Although a technician was sent to clean it while we were inside, we ultimately requested a room change for our comfort.
While we were given another room, what disappointed us the most was the front desk's attitude—not a single apology was uttered for the inconvenience caused. This lack of basic hospitality was highly unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the overall room maintenance was poor; the carpet was dirty, and parts of the wallpaper were already peeling off. The management seriously needs to improve their room upkeep, cleanliness, and staff customer service training."
