The location was excellent but we specially liked the spacious and tastefully furnished apartment. It felt like a home.
the app to open the doors the first day made me nervous, but at the end having the actual keys made it very easy.

The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has a cute kitchen, dining area and bedroom. There is ample storage for clothing, toiletries and accessories, which was very nice. The location couldn't be better. It is right next to Plaza Mayor and Marcado de San Miguel, two must-sees. It is walking distance to amazing shopping, eats, drinks and the sights along the Gran Via, the Palace and more! We loved the location! The managers were friendly.
Note to managers: It would have been nice to have four pillows for the bed instead of just two. The bathroom could use a hand towel hook.

The location and property was cozy.
I was surprised by the attitude of the hosts, how much you can be ignorante and not care about your guests. I was very disappointed that they promised to bring additional set of bed clothes, but never did. We were cold using one blanket and they refused our request.
