All the hotel was smelling nice and clean. All the staff were greeting, friendly and helpful. Also the views of the hotel were the main attraction.
Not much to say here. Very small things. The room wifi was unavailable in the bathroom and the soap dispensers weren’t exactly the best.

First of all, the team was amazing. Whenever we needed anything they tried the sort it immediately and a couple of them we would especially like to thank: Aulia and Puspa were kind and helpful.
The location was great, nice and quiet and in the jungle. It was a bit far from Ubud centre but a nice walk down the famous walking path.
Overall a lovely atmosphere and great experience, highly recommended.
The food was generally great however the breakfast was a little limited if you don't like eggs. The meat breakfast was also not very nice (however I think good sausages and bacon is hard to find in Bali to be fair). The exception was butter chicken which was lovely. We also enjoyed all the meals we had in dinner.
