My husband and I just got married in Bali last month and we stayed at Jannata Resort & Spa. We travel quite a bit and I have to say, this has been our favorite place we’ve stayed at. The atmosphere and views are beautiful, the staff are incredibly nice, pleasant and professional, and the rooms were wonderfully decorated and clean. For half our stay we were in a regular room and the other half we were in the private pool villa; both were great. The only downside is the private pool villa was very far down the hill and there were a lot of stairs. The staff were able to help us with our luggage which was awesome. The location was ideal; it’s right next to the campuhan ridge walk and is about a 10 minute drive into downtown Ubud. The resort has a shuttle you can take into town as well. There’s only one restaurant but the food and beverages were exceptional and they have complimentary breakfast. The spa was lovely- we did a two hour couples treatment which included a flower bath (highly recommend!), a massage and a facial. We also did the movie night dinner and floating breakfast which were such nice experiences. I can’t recommend this resort enough, we’ll definitely be back again :)

Stayed in Jannata for 5 nights and loved it so much. It was an amazing stay.
Great location and top notch facilities.
The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
As a vegetarian, I was especially impressed with the food. The variety, quality, and flavor were outstanding — it’s rare to find a place that offers such delicious and thoughtfully prepared vegetarian options.
Overall, this resort exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and amazing food!

Lovely hotel and would stay again. However, on one of the days I was really ill, so we wanted to ensure I wasn’t disturbed by housekeeping as I needed to sleep. My partner told the reception not to send housekeeping as I was unwell and didn’t want to be disturbed. I also put the “do not disturb” sign on the door, despite this, I received a message and call (which I didn’t answer as I was sleeping) and then a knock at the door from housekeeping who were dropping off laundry. I ignored the first few knocks but they kept knocking, so I eventually had to get up and answer the door. I think staff should take requests like this more seriously.
