About this house rental
Enjoy Gulf Access & Lake views from this beautiful Vacation Home in lovely SE Cape Coral, with southern exposure! It is within walking distance to restaurants/bars, bowling, shopping and fitness center. The gorgeous pool, with an integrated hot tub is heated.
The Space
The lanai has it all – a covered & screened in sitting area, Gas Grill, cozy Dining, and lovely Sunbeds. Relaxing near the water with amazing views, watching nature, sunrise & sunsets lets you wish the vacation never ends.
The fully equipped home includes TVs, High-Speed Internet, appliances, and breathtaking views of the lake and pool area.

6.6 miles to closest public beach (Yacht Club Public Beach, small beach)
15.3 miles to Fort Myers Beach (= nearest large beach is Fort Myers Beach w/ options for water sports, tubing, water skiing, etc, lots of bars, restaurants and beach stores.)

21.7 miles to Sanibel Beach
IMPORTANT: Children and pets must be supervised at all times and may NEVER be near the pool, canal, or on the 2nd floor alone. There are stairs, a balcony, and a 'loft area' upstairs that is NOT fenced (there is a railing only - the space between the pickets is above 4.5 inches). Children MUST be supervised at all times. Guest(s) must inspect the property on arrival. If there are safety concerns guest(s) must leave the premises immediately.
All guests must be registered. For groups less than 7 guests, please let us know the number of bedrooms you plan to use during your stay at time of booking.
Rental rate includes an average usage of electricity of $ 120.00/week. This is very rarely exceeded; however, we reserve the right to charge for extremely excessive usage at $0.15/kwh.
The boat lift is not currently available, but there is sufficient space to tie a boat to the dock. Please note the garage is not included in the rental.

Angelika was a great host. She was very friendly and accomodating and promptly addressed any issue we raised. We would give her an excellent rating. Positive: Kitchen amenities were excellent. Negative: Kitchen table was too small and microwave not easily accessible. Positive: Living room was very spacious. Negative: High ceiling made the room very echoey, making it very difficult to hear. Positive: Pool and spa area about the right size. Negative: Pool deck was too small and was not under the lanai. No overhead lights in the lanai. General Positive Comments: Access to lake; Southern exposure; Plenty of towels; Number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Negative General Comments: No access to the garage; unfinished windows and trim.

Excellent house to accommodate our large family during our Christmas vacation. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the spacious kitchen as well as the screened in patio. The pool and hot tub were a great place to relax and have fun. Also loved the gorgeous lake views, especially the sunsets! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The kids enjoyed having their own room and bathroom space. It was great to only be 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Angelika also made our stay a breeze and was available for any questions throughout our stay! Would definitely stay here again!
