A fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a gas fireplace, perfect for preparing meals.
A spacious living room with a large TV and a wood-burning fireplace, creating the perfect atmosphere for cozy evenings.
Two bedrooms (one Queen, one Full) separated by a full bathroom with a shower and large soaking tub.
A second full bathroom (shower only) is located off the kitchen.
Loft:
A third bedroom with a Queen-sized bed overlooks the living area, providing additional space for guests.
Outdoor Space:
A large deck with a gas grill and seating, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing.
A generous yard with a fire pit, perfect for enjoying cool evenings and starry skies.
The home also features central A/C for warm weather comfort.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the yard, deck, and fire pit.
The Neighborhood:
The cabin is located in a peaceful country setting in Great Valley, offering a serene escape while still being close to local attractions. The Village of Ellicottville, known for its restaurants, shops, and year-round events, is just a 10-minute drive away. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to Holiday Valley Resort, Allegheny State Park, and other recreational activities.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around the area. The cabin is just a short drive from Ellicottville (6 miles) and other nearby attractions, including Holiday Valley Resort and Allegheny State Park. Parking is available on-site.
Other Things to Note:
🔥 Fireplace: We try to keep the wood-burning fireplace stocked with firewood for your convenience. Occasionally supply can run low. If you notice it’s getting low during your stay, let us know and we’re happy to arrange additional firewood.
💧 Well & Septic: The property operates on a private well and septic system with a water softener. This is common in the area and completely safe. We simply ask guests to be mindful of water usage and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper.
Interaction with Guests:
You will self-check in and out for your convenience. I am available via messaging to answer any questions or provide assistance. Messages sent after 8 PM may be addressed the following morning.

A very cozy and nicely furnished cabin with outdoor porch and firepit. Everything was very clean and easy to use. 4 of us stayed for 2 nights to celebrate a birthday. We went for a hike one day and ate in Ellicottville at Hidalgo’s for birthday dinner. Had a super time in a great location. The birds were singing to us when we relaxed outside and we saw a number of deer in the meadow. What an excellent find!!

Conveniently located close to Ellicottville in the peaceful county side. The beautiful stone fireplace is the center piece of the charm you will feel. We appreciated the time and effort that the owners put in to the details of all the rooms. Very cozy and comfortable. Thanks, Gary

Host was welcoming. We loved the layout of the house and throughly enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. It was very clean and had all the amenities to relax and not worry about a thing. We would love to visit in the fall to explore and enjoy the property. Wish they spent a little time with snow removal at the stairs, a bit challenging. They did a nice job plowing the driveway when we went into town.
