About this apartment rental
Luxury one bedroom, full kitchen and glass shower bathroom. Located on the lower level of our new guest house Thevine II (land is next door /adjacent to our main house land Thevine 1). Swimming pool, kayaks, tiki bar, hand made sand beach with beautiful lounge chairs and over the water gazebo.
Lush garden. Boat dock. Nice and large covered porch. Starlink internet. Water reverse Osmosis system & UV. Generator propane for back up for electricity shortage.

We booked another trip for next year while still staying at Thevine 2. That says it all, really. The place is perfect for two people. There are a bunch of different outdoor areas, each with fantastic views of the gorgeous water. The area closest to the water with the hammock was perfect for evening cocktails and spotting sea life. We saw sharks, a sting ray, and lots of sea turtles and fish there. Willy the groundskeeper was so friendly ! I recommend doing a boat trip with Drex and a massage with his wife Nitza! Can’t recommend either enough. We made some great meals in the kitchen- really nice higher end appliances. The AED in the laundry room was a thoughtful touch give the limited access to health care on the island. Only cons- the bed was uncomfortable- which could be easily remedied with an optional pillow top to the mattress and some new pillows. Also some extra plastic/glassware to put leftovers in for the fridge. 10/10!

This home and property were perfect for a couple. The outside area and view to the sea was amazing. I highly recommend a stay here.

As a host myself, our stay could not have been better! We had originally booked another vrbo listing because this was not available during the dates that we were going to be there. The other listing we booked was not as described, dirty, had lots of spiders and didn't have any hot water (which was not specified). As we were checking for other listings available we saw that this Thevine house was open due to some of their family not coming in town during New Years. We booked right away and arrive to a smiling host ready to welcome us. The guest house was EXTREMELY clean and not a spider in site. I was very impressed as most of the places round would say "it's because we're on a island" when in reality, I believe they just don't spray/clean frequently enough as again, there weren't any bugs, ants, or spiders. The AC worked lovely and the water was fully functional and hot:) We enjoyed how gorgeous the backyard was with the dock, sandy beach and pool. It was lovely. We had a boat that we were able to dock there and they had plenty of hoses to spray off any salt water to not corrode our fishing equipment. The hosts ended up sharing some fish they had caught during the day spear fishing and even shared a bit of bate for our fishing trip. They invited us out on the boat and we were able to go spear fishing with them! It was quite the adventure and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. I can't wait to come again!
