About this house rental
Come and stay at our fully renovated oceanfront property! Enjoy the views from the covered wrap around veranda or out on our newly constructed water's edge deck. You can see the sunrise and sunset from our deck! Hang out on the deck and fish, sunbathe, read or watch for turtles or other amazing marine life. Snorkel, swim, kayak and paddleboard right from our property. Enjoy our cute little sand beach. Our area is known for it's fantastic bone fishing. Use one of our fly rods and try it out! Kayak to the sand bar and bone fish or just walk around and explore during low tide. During high tide, kayak or paddleboard to a nearby island. Check out our tidepool, see if you can spot a jellyfish. The tidepool is only for viewing, do not swim in it.
Our house has an open floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One side has a master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath it. We have an indoor and outdoor table for your dining enjoyment.

Wonderful place and wonderful host!!! Everything was perfect and so many things like coolers , beach chairs , floats , snorkels, and more are all there that they let you use ! Sad we are home and can’t sit to go back!!!

Great hosts - very easy to communicate with. Our group was 2 couples and this house was perfect for us. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed. It has a well stocked kitchen for meal prep. Beach accessories - snorkel gear, chairs, towels, coolers - all provided. The only caution would be that - as with many places on Exuma - the roads leading to this house are very rough. A Jeep is strongly recommended to access the property. But, once you’re there, the views are great and it’s a very private area. All in all a great house. Would definitely stay again.

We have been to Exuma several times and it never disappoints. The beaches, weather and people are all awesome. Deb was a great host and their house is lovely and clean. Check in with the property manager was efficient and well organized. Deb was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to any question or request we made. She even performed a small miracle of getting a new kayak and paddle boards within a week when theirs were unfortunately lost by another renter. We spend much of our time on the water so this was really appreciated.Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us Deb.

Deb was great, immediate responses before and during our trip. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The views are beautiful, the neighborhood is nice (despite the rough roads). We loved watching the sunrise and set from the private beach, kayaking/paddle boarding, and having the music outside while eating dinner and playing games on the patio. We also saw so many turtles at the house!
