PERFECT location. PRIVATE setting. 1 mile from LG village and across the street from the lake. 10 mins from west mtn skiing and 25 mins from Gore mtn. Sprawling Lake George Colonial with over 4,000sq ft of space. Huge Jacuzzi tub in master. Immaculately kept inside and out. 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths. Finished game room/bar in basement. The backyard has propane & charcoal grills, granite fire pit, pergola and table for dining as well as outdoor lawn games. Smart TV in ALL rooms. Walking distance to dining/close to boat rentals.

The hot tub is a personal tub not a tub that your party can hang out in. However, it is very nice and relaxing. The property is huge and has a great game room.

House is awesome! House is clean and family friendly. There is lots of room! The "playroom" is great! The house has everything to care for the family (sheets, pans, dishes, etc.) Lots of amenities. The host was available when I needed him. Plenty of room for family to get together. We highly recommend!!

The house was in excellent condition with everything in working order. Conveniently located to Lake George Village and Gore Mountain.
