Beautiful, clean, unique! Loved all of the items available to make the stay more engaging and fun (fire pit, charcoal grill, lawn chairs, pool, chickens & goats, self-serve coffee and fire wood)!
Would have liked more information about what was available (maybe in check-in/check-out book)...where extra bedding was located, how to get extra towels etc, self-serve options, local attractions and dining...

Excellent location in relation to downtown Lake George. Easy to find. Overall clean and tidy. Loved the “extras” like the little free book library, little free board game library, hammock swing on the porch, and the animals!! The goats and chickens were a wonderful surprise!
No complaints other than not having access to some things in the cabin such as a pair of scissors and an ice cube tray

We liked the property. The wild flowers were beautiful.
Our Hobbit house wasn't what we expected for the money. The shower and bath tub didn't work correctly. We couldn't get the shower to work and the plug for the tub wouldn't stay down hence wouldn't hold water. The faucet in the bathroom sink was missing a screw. We weren't allowed to use the wood stove. There was NO place to put or hang our clothes. For over $300 a night I would expect certain things and it was most definitely lacking. The grass needed to be mowed or at least weed wacked. Over all had it been maybe $200-250 a night rather than $310 we paid maybe it was definitely disappointing.
