To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions. Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required before booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30 pounds. Guests must agree to clean up after their pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violating any of these terms or conditions, guests will be required to leave the property with no refund of reservation. Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use. Long Term Rentals (30 days or more) may require a security deposit.
