Lovely new bathroom with large shower. Deck with grill and patio chairs to enjoy the lake view. Brand new kitchen with Quartz countertops and all the amenities. You can Canoe on the springfed lake and catch bass. Or bring your boat and motor about on this great ski lake. If you want the beach, It is a short drive to Clearwater, St. Pete, Tarpon Springs or Honeymoon Island. The large theme parks such Busch Gardens, LegoLand, Universal and Disney are only a drive away. If quiet is what you are looking for this secluded property provides a place to escape from your busy world. Should you want to watch football, it is only minutes to the Tampa Bay Stadium.

This place was amazing!! We loved our stay here. The owners thought of everything. The most supplies we’ve ever had provided at a VRBO. So happy we chose this one!! You will not be disappointed!!

This was my 1st experience with VRBO. I was traveling to Florida to meet my birth son who was given up for adoption 49 years ago. I was looking for something private for our reunion. I couldn't have picked a better destination. It was just as it was presented and very private. When my son visited it was as if he was coming to my home. The owners were very generous & kind. I will be visiting Florida on a regular basis. Hopefully when I return the property will be available. There is no need to search for anything else. This is a one-of-a-kind property.

In town for a family wedding. Quiet little neighborhood and sweet space. We did not spend a lot of time there as we were busy but it had everything we needed for the time we were there.

What a beautiful place to relax. Loved watching the peacocks take a stroll each morning past the big windows. Nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Thank you Rhonda for allowing me to rent your cottage! My new favorite place to stay in Tampa.

Felt like you were far from the action. Home had soft linens, comfortable bed ( on soft side though), plenty of pillows and towels, spacious, and is the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. Really nice to have two TVs, great wifi and free Amazon Prime and Netflix. We made full use of the kitchen and saved a lot by eating in. Thoughtful touchs of charging station at entry table with most every type of charger and the in unit laundry with brand name laundry pods and dryer sheets. We will be back!!

Property was exactly as advertised! Quiet, clean, very well kept and equipped. Stayed for 6 nights while in town for work. Convenient to Tampa attractions and nearby restaurants and grocery. Would highly recommend and will book next time in town if available.

The cottage was just what we needed. We wanted to embrace nature yet be near the fun. The beds were comfy. The house was clean. Felt safe in the area and the lake by the cottage was pretty. Wish we had stayed longer but hoping to go back soon.

This was our second stay at the cottage, and we’ll be back in the future! Our hosts provided a clean and cozy place for our family of four to stay while visiting family nearby. All the essentials were there, from bedding to olive oil. I appreciated the ease of coming and going to local destinations, and the proximity to our kids grandparents house. Was looking for a place to get away with my husband as well as a place to stay for my nephew’s graduation- found this peaceful gem. Rhonda and Simon are wonderful, warm hosts who do not hesitate to help where they can. The property is near immaculate and is well stocked with the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). My husband and I enjoyed time out on the beautiful lake in the kayak provided. To put it simply, we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and a lovely stay. My husband and I came here to visit and care for my father in law and it was a perfectly situated location. House was very clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is tranquil and there beautiful peacocks around the area. We’ll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was perfect for the 3 of us. Proximity to everything was great, not too far but not too close. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the wildlife and visiting our friends that moved to Tampa!

The pictures don’t do it justice - it is a beautiful property and we had the perfect stay. The check in process and directions were clear and easy. Everything inside was spotless, modern, and comfortable. A short drive from downtown and other activities in the area like Tarpon Springs or amusement parks. The check out process was refreshingly simple - just hang the key back up! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property!

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was comfortable, clean and we were able to bring our elderly cat. It was also close to many attractions. Already signed up for next year!

The cottage is absolutely perfect! The one bedroom is closed with the sliding barn door style, the bathroom has an enormous shower with a sliding door, and the kitchen is perfectly sized. There are additional sleeping couches, and the overall size exceeded our expectations. The entire premises was spotless upon arrival, and there is a plethora of great restaurants nearby.

Enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was quiet and peaceful at the lake cottage. Had all the comforts of home and yet you are five minutes away from the necessities you need. Host, Rhonda was great. We would definitely stay at the cottage again.

The cottage was well-kept and nicely furnished. We only used it for sleeping and breakfast, as we were heading to the parks during the day, but it was perfect for what we needed. Everything was wonderful. It slept a family of 4 in a bed and pull-out couch just fine. Would definitely stay here again.

House is clean and beautifully renovated. The coastal decor was perfect and the yard had beautiful view of the lake. We were able to sit by the water and watch a woodpecker work in the tree.

We were fleeing hurricane Ian and we couldn't have picked a better spot. Rhonda and Simon the owners live on-site and are the perfect hosts. They were so kind and accommodating during an extremely stressful time. The cottage is perfect, perfectly outfitted, and the location is exceptionally scenic and peaceful. We loved our stay at this property and would very highly recommend this property and our wonderful hosts.

What a lovely property! It was perfect for us to visit family. Super close to the veterans express and stores but secluded enough for peaceful nights. Walking around the neighborhood was beautiful too. They had a beautiful dining room and serving dishes so we were able to entertain and the owners were extremely accomodating. I will try to book here again for the next time we all drive down. Only one note for the owner: the step going into the family room is hard to see from the door, maybe some yellow or reflective tape could be put there just to make it more visible :) it absolutely is a super minor thing and the entire place was simply outstanding and super clean I can't love this place enough. Thank you so much for letting us stay ❤

This was a long-term stay for my son as he was doing his fieldwork for his master's. The location of everything was great and the attention to detail was wonderful. Quiet and safe area for visiting and traveling to the Tampa area, close to Stadium, Airport, and Downtown Tampa.
