The top floor features the living and dining area and large, well-appointed kitchen with plenty of seating, including a dining table, eating nook and breakfast bar. Access a wet bar from the large screen porch with picnic table off the kitchen. The top floor also has a a sound front king master bedroom with private bathroom, plus a separate powder room. Custom woodwork accentuates the walls, and sliding doors lead to the huge top deck with seating overlooking the harbor. The lower floor has a game room with shuffleboard, a large television and mini-fridge, full sleeper sofa, and sliding doors that access the lower deck and hot tub. Another king master bedroom suite with private bathroom is located on the lower floor. A private queen bedroom, plus a bunk room with twin over twin and full over queen bunks share another full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart televisions.
