Location of the property is good for sightseeing but the road leading to it is highly sloped and there were road works, which made entry to the premises a hassle. But room was very comfortable and well kept and hosts were nice and friendly, despite the lack of English language.
Just the road leading to the property, apart from that all was good.

Very clean , quiet room.

She prepared simple breakfast for us at a reasonable price. We enjoy our breakfast at the courtyard with beautiful mountain view.
Had to take 15mins local bus from Berat bus terminal to city center. Close to most of the scenic attractions, about 10-15 mins; 30mins walk to castle via the path near the apartment.
We had to walk up a rough road with our luggage to get to the apartment which was very strenuous.
