Very comfy bed, interesting decor, decent breakfast

The decor was beautiful and unique. I never got bored from looking at the room when I return from the outdoors. The bathroom facitilities and amenities were decent and got many of them. They provide coffee machine and boiler. The tea was great. The TV has movies and can connect to your phone to cast. The area around the hotel lacked many attractions to walk to but there are some close malls like Publika.
There's a bar and got the free breakfast which menu changes every day sometimes.
Fridge doesn't freeze good. The cabinet they put it inside trap heat a lot. There are no microwave or something to heat your food in the room.
We couldn't find fork or spoons in the room.
The TV doesn't have live channels.
No cloth cleaning services provided by the hotel, we used local service the reception provided.
And there was a 1000RM deposit when you check in

Visually very appealing and we enjoyed the decadence of the hotel. The room was spacious. The view was amazing.
The booking included use of the pool, however pool towels were not provided and we had to use our bathroom towels. The hotel requires you shower before the pool, and of course we showered after. So three uses of one towel.
Not many options for breakfast.

The rooms were generally very clean. However, I stayed for four nights, and basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and other toiletries were not replenished during the stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was disappointing, as the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly each time.
I was disappointed with the breakfast. There were very limited choices and almost no Arabic food options. Considering the diversity of the hotel’s guests, I feel the breakfast selection should be more inclusive and better reflect the preferences of all guests.
