The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly, the room had a nice view of the outside, with the monorail just outside, the view was really nice, and it was quiet.
For the price we paid, we expected a little more, the hotel is very environmentally minded, I agree with that, but 1, the water they provided, it didn't taste good, we had to buy bottle water everyday. Also they didn't provide coffee or tea for guests to make in the room, they said, if you would like them, come down to the cafe.

Design is beautiful. Comfortable bed and good location.
Breakfast was very limited. You can choose one dish and one drink. If you’d like fruit or juice or extra coffee you have to pay for it (and it’s not cheap).

the staff at the restaurant and the food are superb
the room comfort -unique classic
ambience is beauty (lobby)
perhaps- front desk need to be trained hospitality language-but in general is very to the point- clear.

The aesthetics of the hotel style and mood.
It could have been better if there was a
• bidet in the bathroom (for hygiene purposes)
• try multiple times, couldn’t connect my iPhone to the tv & preferably to have more channels to toggle
• to have cleaner floor as it was dusty when I first check in
• more power sockets closer to the bed for users to utilise
