This hotel is ridiculously good. A true 5 star experience.
Rooms fabulous. Staff fabulous. Location fabulous. Food fabulous. A true 5 star property with amazing facilities such as a state of the art gym.
One of the best breakfast buffet I’ve experienced. One could write an essay on the variety on offer. You could have traditional Malay Nasi Lemak (which was outrageously good). Or a paratha and fried eggs with channa/daal and achaar? Or you could have freshly made pancakes real honeycomb stored in a block which you can break pieces from. Or have freshly made Chinese noodles which has a selection of ‘build it yourself’. Maybe some dim sum? Speciality teas? Freshly made cucumber and apple juiced in front of you. Or choose from six other fresh juices. Sushi? Baked breads, omelette, cheese, cured meats etc? Cereal, cakes, muffins etc. I was eating stuff I’ve never tried before like (eggs in curried mince meat) and it was delicious!
Would definitely recommend this place.

I had a spinal fracture and ended up spending 6 plus weeks at the hotel. A big shout out to Logan who helped me get a proper doctor to do X-rays so I could go to ALTY orthopaedic hospital. Thank you to the bell boys so good and the staff at the front desk and club room.
That I came back from the orthopaedic hospital and I hadn’t eaten because I’d spent all day and I went to the club floor and food didn’t start till 5pm and it was 4.50pm and I took a piece of fruit and was told by this young guy to have more respect for the chef and not touch the food that was a real put off expecially considering the circumstances and it was only 5mins before 5 pm and I’d seen plenty of people eat before 5pm. We didn’t go to the club room much after that

Steam sauna had to be requested to be switched on and hence waiting.
Elevator wait was substantial
