Worst stay ever

We liked that it had a small bath in the shower for my kid

We got a different room to what we booked. The tv didn’t work. The a/c heater was too loud. And think they have blocked pipes

never again

dirty, bug-ridden, poorly maintained - left after one night - nothing positive barring the location

this neglected row of rooms was appalling - the one allocated had a sour bad odour, everything from the doors to the furniture was in a sad state of repair & bugs were crawling out from all corners inc behind the fixtures .... ghastly place.

Good location, but poor room facilities.

Location was good as close to family. Pub meals were good and the beer was cold. Pub open until late.

Bathroom very poor. Shower head too low and not adjustable, sprayed straight into your face. You had to step into a very small tub to get into shower which is unsafe Shower screen leaked badly onto the floor. Vanity sink too small and you could easily bump your head into the shelf above. Shower taps loose. No remote for airconditioner. You had to climb onto a chair to adjust. No blackout curtains. Double bed too soft and big hole in the middle, very old. Only 1 chair in the room.

It did the job for the two nights we were there.

Breakfast fine but but I couldn’t get onto site to request gf cereal and bread.

Hook on bathroom door too high to reach. More cupboard space to put clothes.

Won't be staying here again.

The location was near the people we were visiting.

The continental breakfasts are just cereal and toast tea/coffee. The toaster sets off the smoke alarm. I had to email about housekeeping not replenishing the breakfast items especially the milk and tea bags and no bath mat. The reply mentioned that the regular cleaner was on a well earned break. That's great but not my problem. The bathroom is very dated and the shower leaked onto the floor. The shower head could not be moved so water went onto the area of the shower that leaked. The seals around the shower and basin have obviously been patched up making it look very dodgy. The room was clean but there were big ants in the bathroom. I found some bug spray to deal with them. Made me wonder what other bugs were about if bug spray was kept in the room. The outdoor lighting was poor making it very dark in the carpark and courtyard. It is next door to a gaming room and pub, reception is actually in the gaming room. This created lots of noise late at night with drunk people swearing and generally being very loud. Also the rooms are very noisy, you can hear your neighbours coming home late at night. There is no phone to call reception if there is a problem. We were given a wifi password but we couldn't get wifi to work.

Spoiled by lack of sleep and pain because of very hard mattress

Breakfast supplied was generous and varied; the reststaurnt was really great; here were plenty of supplies for coffee; I could smoke in an area outside my back door

The bathroom was cramped; the mattress in the double bed was exceedingly hard for this elderly woman; the bathroom taps needed new washers; the soap didn't soap

basic comfort for basic rate. comfortable.

location, greeting from staff on arrival, friendly and accomodating, breakfast

could hear the neighbours, tap was noisy, ran out of toilet paper, one night stay, lucky there was complimentary tissues, shower fitting was corroded .

Breakfast was left in the room. Bread for toast was left in the fridge. Cereal was in the cupboard but with coffee there was not a lot of milk for breakfast for 2 people

No internet to the rooms. Not know about the $200 bond that need to be paid before I got there did not help either, Lucky I had the money in the account to cover this.

stayed one night while driving Brissy to Perth. did the job

clean and lovely staff. have tv, fridge, shower and cereals and toast for breakfast in the room

only had soap, no shampoo or conditioner

I'm being picky but: - inflexible shower head - ordinary surrounds and landscaping - not much space

It served it’s purpose but could do with a little bit of maintenance.

Bed was comfy enough and close to pub.

No Wifi and light in wardrobe and baggage area didn’t work also some Channels on TV didn’t work. Aircon very loud.

clean, comfortable good location!

Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable, location was great for us - was very close to the wedding we were attending. The restaurant attached to accommodation was nice and was close to shops as well. Room is serviced daily if you wish and they provide you with a continental breakfast in the room, and refresh it each day which was really convenient for us with a little one. Thanks for a great stay.

Great food at hotel.rooms clean tidy .could do with coverage from motel to hotel rl

It was nice enough.old but clean and tidy

Bench tops all chipped.shower screen cracked which I reported and they said yes we know.if it was me I would have put guest in another room till fixed.
