The Space: Experience a resort-like vacation this summer for up to 14 at our Coastal Castle-- located in Wellfleet amidst the Cape Cod National Seashore. Our home is packed with so many luxury amenities, you’ll barely want to leave the house! Spend the day poolside lounging in a chaise or floating in the Salt Water Pool and spend the nights chilling in the rec room (Pool, Ping-Pong, Card Table, and More!), serving up drinks in the wet bar, or relaxing in the hot tub. Expand your horizons and take a walk to the secluded Dyer Pond or take a drive to Great Pond for a quick dip in the freshwater. Follow the wooden boardwalk through the front garden and use the front door to enter into the main living area of our home. Unpack the groceries in the main kitchen, and store your extra Spiked Seltzers in the Wet Bar Fridge on the ground level. Roll-up a few wraps to serve with a side of Cape Cod Potato chips (stop by the Eastham Superette for supplies on your way into town) in the newly renovated kitchen--clean, spacious, and brimming with top-of-the-line Stainless appliances. Enjoy a quick bite in the small breakfast nook with a Marble Tabletop or a more formal dinner with the whole group in the dining room. Looking to have a low key night? Head downstairs to share a few drinks at the Wet Bar, play a game of poker, or challenge the group to a pool or ping-pong tournament (losers get the next round!) When things start heating up, head outside to get some ocean-fresh air and center yourself under a starry Cape Cod night. At the end of the night disperse your separate ways between 6 Suite-Style bedrooms-- each with its own attached Full Bathroom! Starting on the 2nd Floor, the Master bedroom sits all the way to the right and features a stunning water view, Jacuzzi tub overlooking the beautiful backyard and woodland beyond, built-in storage console, TV, and King bed. The room next door also shares the same pool view has a TV and holds 2 Queen Beds. The 3rd bedroom in the back left corner has a private balcony, lounge area/sofa bed, and a Queen bed. Across the hall at the front of the home is the final bedroom on this floor-- complete with an abundance of built-in storage space, bonus room with desk and bunk beds (perfect for a young family of 4!), TV, and a King bed. Travel downstairs to the solo bedroom on the 1st Floor. This room overlooks the back pool and patio through a large sliding glass door, has lots of natural light, a soaking tub, TV, and a King Bed. Climb down one more flight of stairs to the basement to reach the 6th and final bedroom-- designed with a lavish Walk-In Closet, sitting area, private slider for quick access to the patio, TV, and King Bed. Split systems (like Central A/C will keep our home dry and comfortable-- throughout your entire stay. Other amenities include 2 Garage Parking Spots, WiFi, cable TV, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest. Lastly, if you do feel like venturing out, there are plenty of great options to choose from! Take a day trip to Provincetown and climb the Pilgrim Monument or shop along Commercial street, head to Truro Vineyards for some local wine tasting, spend the day tailgating on the beach and listening to live music at the Beachcomber (just 5 minutes away), catch a live show or movie at the Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, or eat the most delicious local fried seafood at PJ’s. the property is amazing. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, sofa beds and bathrooms. I really think it can comfortably sleep more than the allowed 14 people. It was very clean. Pool was well kept. We had a few minor issues that were addressed during our stay. The biggest of them was poor instruction to get into the house on arrival. Nothing was mentioned about a side door. The combination for the lock was not working on the front door, and it was pitch black, since we arrived at night. So, it was really challenging for us. When we called support, the person on the other end, also didn't know that we were supposed to go through a side door. so it was a good 45 minutes before we could get in, with tired and scared kids in the background. However, management was kind enough to give us a 2-hour later check out (11am).

Although the price for a week was high, this house worked well for our family of 11. With 2 infants plus 3 other young kids, we valued the 2 sets of washers & dryers, the pool, the space to spread out, the multiple bedrooms & bathrooms, & the varied seating choices for hanging out on the main floor. In an ideal world, it would have been easier to get to the beach!

My husband and I rented this home this summer for our 3 adult children and some friends. It was the best rental we’ve ever had in the cape. My best friend arrived after most of us had gone to bed one evening and when she woke up in the morning she said “is this place a resort?” It was by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever been in. I give the whole property 5 stars, except maybe the pool chairs, which don’t match the quality of the rest of the home. There wasn’t one thing that we looked for that wasn’t there. The basement was amazing, and my husband and I appreciated the kids being so far away from us when we went to bed before them. We loved the proximity to the Beachcomber and coming home to the pool and hot tub in the evenings was the perfect way to end the day. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolute perfection on the Cape

We stayed at this gorgeous property with my parents, my sister's family and my own family (4 kids). There was something for everyone here, lovely lounge spaces, ping pong/pool table, basement bar, and of course, an amazing pool. The kitchen was enormous and was well stocked with any cooking utensil you would ever want. Every room and accompanying bathroom was modern, clean and beautifully lit. Everyone in my party loved this place and didn't want to leave!!

My close and extended family stayed here for a vacation, and it was a great house to accommodate everyone without being cramped at all. Communication with property manager was great. I just wish they provided more extras like extra towels, extra blankets, shampoo, spices in kitchen, etc. but everything else was great!

Great location on the Cape that accommodated our group of 12 in comfort and style. Multiple gathering area and gorgeous outdoors and pool made it hard to leave to explore the surrounding towns and beaches. Every room was well equipped and spacious.
