Plenty of room, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of table space, best of all, the pool. Even though it was cool outside, the pool was heated and wonderful! We all had a great time outside. Will surely check this place out again for the next trip to Yuma.

Three generations stayed here to visit family and celebrate a 70th (!) anniversary. We loved the pool and back patio! Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was a great location for us. The owners were very attentive to our minor call- a lost tv remote. The only minor suggestion we have is that more kitchen linens would have been nice.

Beautiful, well maintained and clean home! Enjoyed our short family visit and we're pla ning on staying at this home again in the future. So very worth it. The hosts were very accommodating and gracious under the circumstances. They could have told us "too bad" but worked out the issue of booking dates without batting an eye. Very happy!

Wonderful space with lots to do, only issue was the air conditioner and my lack of conviction (likely due to all the emotions from why we were all in Yuma)to ask the owners for help with it. It was very warm and we couldn't get the home to cool lower than 79 degrees. Maybe nicer in the winter. Everything else was great.

Everything was great. The house was very clean. The pool was warm. There were tons of pool toys for my kids to play with. There was a park near by. Internet was very fast. I would definitely recommend this property.

I can't say enough great things about this home and the communication we had with the owners. Even before we checked in, they were notifying us about a sand storm that had come through the day before we checked in and that they cleaned up as best they could (which in my opinion was done better than I expected) and that the pool cleaner would be out to finish the job. The inside of the home was the perfect size and anything we needed they made sure we had and went out of their way to make us happy during our stay. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Yuma.

We looked for a comfortable house where we could prepare some of our own food. I love the gas stove, but was disappointed in the cooking utensils, and had to purchase some. Only cutting board was a pull-out wooden one for bread. Pool was already heated to 80F, which was thoughtful of the owners. With 4 bedrooms, this would suit a larger group easily.

Our second time back here and we still love it! We stayed here in 2021. Our family takes annual river trip to Yuma annually and We are so glad we found this property last year. It is spacious, clean, plenty of parking space for our jetski and boat and just overall comfortable. The pool was a plus! We will definitely be back next year.

The communication was great and they were very accommodating. The house was well stocked and very clean. The only issue we ran into was that the coffee maker wasn't working but that can be an easy fix.

Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the home was furnished with everything you need to have a comfortable stay! From extra blankets to toothbrushes if you had forgotten your own, it was well stocked. If we travel again to Yuma, we will certainly stay again!

We had an amazing stay here!! We stayed for a week. The property had everything we could hope for and more. It was extremely clean, well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, check in and out was a breeze, communication was outstanding…we couldn’t ask for more!! Bob and Suzann are amazing!! We had a very small issue with the pool and within 2 minutes of sending them a message there was a reply and within 10 minutes Bob was at the door to take care of the issue. Talk about service!! Thank you both SO much!! We hope to stay here again soon!!

The inside of the house was clean and nice. The heated pool was great to have in the Winter and the kids loved it. The neighborhood isn't the nicest (Cars parked in yards etc) but didn't feel dangerous by any means. Good value.
