Situated in Gilchrist, this charming house for $463 per night is a great option for your next trip. Spectacular beach front oasis steps from the beach. Breath-taking unobstructed views of both the ocean from the oversized cover deck and the bay from the back deck off the master. 1,200 sq. ft. home constructed in Fall 2020. Bottom floor features covered parking, outdoor shower, picnic table and bar, a charcoal grill, and private access to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Linens and towels are included. Starlink internet with speeds up to 125 mb/s. 3 BR/ 2 Bth sleeps MAX 8. The on-suite master bedroom features a king bed, double vanity and shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed. The third bedroom features a double bunk with 4 twin beds which top bunks are only suitable for kids. The second bathroom also includes the stackable washer and dryer. This is the ideal location for a birding getaway, just 10 minutes from High Island and 20 minutes from Bolivar Flats. *Absolutely no parties or large gatherings. MAX capacity of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids.

This cozy beach house is awesome!
Clean & had everything we needed and more.
Perfect view of the water from the patio and just a few steps away to swim or sink your toes in the sands.
The management was quick to respond when needed, we definitely will be back as soon as possible!

We enjoyed this property and had very a relaxing weekend. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed. We settled in for a family game night at the bar with plenty of seating and enjoyed this quieter section of beach during the day and evening. We did have a question when we arrived and the property manager was quick to respond and helped make our trip wonderful.

Not a ton to do close by but if you want a private stay at the beach this is your place. Just one other house close by. Tony is great to work with and always responds quickly. Saw dolphins on a couple days and love hunting for seashells. Just need a couple of taller Adirondack chairs and this deck would be the perfect spot! Hope to visit again!!

I will definitely stay here again! From start to finish I enjoyed my stay. Impeccable beach house, clean, quiet and cozy. It has every amenity you can think of, games for the kids and family, decorations for any occasion, outside grille, beach chairs etc…This house is steps away from the beach with great views and sunsets. Communication with the owner was above and beyond. Thanks for everything!!

We absolutely loved the beach house. It was just off the beach in less crowded area. The home was spotless and we'll equipped. The kitchen was a joy and was laid out perfectly and had stunning views of the beach. Without a doubt would stay there again and would recommend it anyone wanting a truly wonderful stay on the beach.

We stayed at Tony's property last week for our Summer vacation. It was absolutely blissful. The perfect family spot with two toddlers. I loved how there was a gate at the top of the stairs/when you stepped on the deck so our boys could run freely. We also saw dolphins close to the shore from the deck. The ocean breeze and sound of the ocean was wonderful for my husband and I to unwind each evening after the kids went to sleep. They had blackout curtains for all the bedrooms, which when you have children used to that, that's a lifesaver. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. It's a great, quiet location to stay at, and convenient for riding the ferry to Galveston if you want to hit a more touristy area. We plan on bringing my entire family next year. We will be back!

The owner was easy to reach and answered all questions quickly. The house was spotlessly cleaned and the kitchen well stocked, while also leaving enough room for us to put away our own groceries. With outdoor seating and space downstairs, there was enough room to play during the day and sit on the deck upstairs at night. It was a nice treat to have a rental with empty closets to put away our clothes for the week. We look forward to returning soon.

The Great Escape!
This house was all that we could of asked for to enjoy our beach excursion! The house is very clean and the furnishings create a relaxing environment. Two smart TV’s was a help with 4 teens when they were not at the beach. We really enjoyed the location of this house as it is a bit to itself and you didn’t have to worry about noisy neighbors. The house came with all sorts of boogie boards, games, footballs, chairs, canopies…. all that you need for fun in the sun! We would definitely plan on renting from Mr. Dang again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very nice, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It was wonderful sitting on the front deck watching the ocean waves and listening to the ocean. We also collected some beautiful shells and enjoyed taking pictures of the pelicans that fly up and down the beach. Tony is a great host! Wonderful property!

Quiet haven on the water
This property was perfect for a quiet anniversary getaway. House looks new, very clean and well appointed. It is located on a quiet section of beach that is great for shell hunting. We rented a golf cart and loved wandering the beachfront. Not a lot going on nearby as far as shopping or food, but several good spots down the road in Crystal Beach. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again in the fall!!

Perfect!
My husband and I wanted a nice place, as close to the beach as possible, to celebrate our anniversary. This lovely home exceeded our expectations. Everything about it is perfection - from the well stocked kitchen to the comfortable furnishings. Although Mother Nature had a hand in this, the views of the gulf are magnificent. The place is perfectly suited for the beach but feels like a four star hotel. Tony, the owner, is responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful property! Very clean and beautifully done. Private access to the beach. We’re able to bring our 4 legged baby along. Host was amazing-Tony was very quick to respond to any questions or problem, and also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
