Situated in Titusville, this lovely house for $81 per night is a great choice for your next break. Description: Please read entire ad** Typical mid century Florida Block home built in 1956 during the Kennedy Space Center's original construction. Lush yard and surroundings. Corner lot providing relative privacy. Comfortable but not fancy. I offer Affordable family accommodations and am working on updating as I can. **Please note : I and my 2 sweet and quiet dogs Peanut and Brownie live in an attached "In-Law" apartment next door. There is a door but you have a 1/4" Dead bolt lock on your side and it's locked on my side as well. It is only used between guests for Housekeeping Services. Separate entrances ensure your privacy. I had a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on a comparable site. I communicate via text, ensuring your safety, and can happily recommend restaurants, viewing sites, etc, if requested.

In town for a few days of fishing with my brother in law. The house was in a great location with easy access to everything we needed. We really enjoyed downtown and the great restaurants. The best aside from fishing was sitting on the front porch each night watching the neighborhood kids playing up and down the street laughing and having a great time. It may be a mid century neighborhood but it is family friendly and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay!! Beds are comfortable, we felt safe! It’s definitely being fixed up but he is very transparent about that! Really enjoyed the art work! All in all we would stay again for sure!!

Came down for daughters wedding and ended up only being a couple of blocks from her! It was clean and very economical. We love the paintings spread throughout the house. Nice neighborhood pleasant to sit on front porch. We hope to stay here again when all the family wants to get together rather than piling in at her house! Thank you Tom for taking a chance on us and allowing us to rent your place!

This was a clean economical place with plenty of sleeping space. If you are going on a cruise this is only 30 minutes from Port Canaveral. There are also some nice places to eat fairly close to this unit. The owner is an artist and he has some nice looking paintings throughout the rental.

Safe - I felt safe and secure .Home was in a nice older neighborhood.
Clean - cleaner than most hotels I've stayed in.
Side note - this home is what short-term rental properties used to be like... Mismatched dishes, old towels and worn linens giving the house a warm lived in feeling - Again as mentioned, perfectly clean. There's also a great deal of abstract artwork. Very young children may perceive some of the artwork negatively. As an adult, I appreciated the paintings.

Cute house, perfect for what we needed, which was a quick overnight before we boarded our cruise out of port Canaveral.
Clear instructions were provided there was no guessing about anything.
The house could use some updates but the beds were comfortable and we got a good nights sleep.

We loved it here. We had things to do, so we weren’t there during the day much. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood quiet, and there was a 7-11 close by. It had all we needed, including a blow dryer!

We had a great stay here and would come again! We came to see some friends that lived Titusville and this was very close by, but also close to the beach where we got to see a rocket launch! That was really cool. The home had a lot of space and rooms.

We spent one night. It was quiet and comfortable. It was also close to come good dining options. We enjoyed supper and breakfast close by. The house was clean and as described. We would stay again.

Decent place to stay for the price. Owner is very quick to answer your texts. I appreciate that. We didn't spend much time there as we were out and about. Everyone slept comfortably.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quite and our kids even experienced the ice cream truck! (We live in a small town)We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the bioluminescent raft tour and the Canaveral National Seashore both within 20 minutes.

We arrived to a house just as it was pictured. It was clean and cool after a 10 hour drive. It’s in a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed watching people walk around. Our host was close by so any questions we had he quickly answered them.

This is a basic, no-frills accommodation. It is clean. The location is very close to Merritt Island and 30 mins from Cocoa Village/Cocoa Beach area.

The price and location were great. For the price it was great. But as the price would suggest, it’s not a high end luxury place. It’s a fairly old house, but it’s clean. There was more traffic noise than I’m accustomed to, and the house is small so you have to be quiet to avoid waking folks in the other bedrooms. Be careful with the deadbolt on the front door - once we got it locked, we couldn’t get it unlocked and had to ask the owner for help getting back into the house. Better to just use the lock on the door handle.

We enjoyed the art and the house was very clean.
My kids complained about the TV in the small bedroom not working well, so they watched TV in the living room. Other than that everything was good.

We only spent one evening after debarking from a cruise. The house was affortable and perfect for our party of 8. The unique artwork was a big topic of conversation and gave the home a personal touch as it was obviously original paintings by the owner. The house was clean and had all the essentials. The morning we left we had the pleasure of meeting the host and his furbabies and he was very personable. Overall positive experience!

This is a mid-50's-60's property in a modest (and quiet at night) neighborhood in an older section of Titusville. The house was well equipped with 3 bedrooms, very comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. The owner has completed many upgrades inside. Location as described is convenient to Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, and to beaches. Internet connection is great as is the TV. However, the house needs a thorough cleaning especially the kitchen. If you're expecting spic and span like in a hotel, you may be disappointed. It wasn't ideal, but we made the best of it and had a good time while in the area.

The photos and other reviews were spot on. Close proximity to merritt island wildlife refuge and Kennedy (close enough when standing out side could watch a launch).
Property manager was very responsive to our questions.
Overall, way more enjoyable and affordable for 5 people than any hotel in the surrounding area. Would stay again without question.

Kitchen was well stocked though we didn’t cook. Visiting a relative and was in a good location for our purposes. Host was responsive and home had adequate space for a family at a price that is more budget friendly.
