Situated in Bolivar Peninsula, this charming house for $578 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Views Views….2nd row from the beach, this home is a perfect gathering space for family and friends, while just a short walk to the beach. The main entertaining area features a large covered and uncovered deck as well as a beautiful bar and TV downstairs. This large two story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has enough space to sleep 14 people. The main floor has a great open concept living and dining space with seating for 10, and a bar. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. There is also a queen bedroom and full bath located on this floor. Two of the upper level rooms have access to the covered veranda, and of course, the amazing views. The master suite, 2 bunkrooms and a full bath are found on the upper level. Bring your kayak, fishing tackle, etc. Come relax at this beautiful, wide and quite area of the beach. Additional information Lower level – queen room and full bath Upper level – king master with full bath bunkroom with full/full and twin/twin bunkroom with 2 twin/twin full bath in hall Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, beds made, starter set of basic paper goods and soaps. Outdoor charcoal grill kcup coffee pot Events allowed, max guests 20, with a non refundable event fee of $600, please contact for additional information. Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non refundable event fee of $600. No Pets allowed Must be 25 yrs old to book Near barrels 29-30. Located across the ferry from Galveston, TX Sand Dollar Beach Vacations will never send you a TEXT with a link, requesting payment. As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund. Note, property is not child proof.

Enjoyed this property thoroughly! Had a large group of adult “kids” and 3 grand-sons. The room/bed set-up and 3 full baths was perfect for our group! I could not give a 5-star review as the property feels like it needs a deep clean (windows, vents, a/c returns and bath fans were very dirty). Also 2 rolls of paper towels and 1 1/2 rolls of TP per bath was awfully stingy given the price of paper products on an island. Other than those items, it is a 5star property!

The house was very big but it accommodated our family very well the only problem we had was the house had small roaches and and ants they need to clean the house properly!

We enjoyed our prom weekend getaway at this beach house! The master bed upstairs is soooooo comfy! There are plenty of beds. Could use an updated or larger grill as well as better lighting outside. The strand lights on the balcony didn’t work either.

The house has million dollar views of the ocean. Beautifully decorated with the ocean theme. It was perfect for our relaxing family beach get away. The house had everything we needed except for an iron & hair dryer. But other than that, had everything else. Had a little trouble checking in but the owners were very responsive so it was fine. Highly recommend this home. We would stay again.

View from the decks was unbelievable. I could feel the stress melt away when I walked through the door. The house was clean and up to date. We all agreed that this would be a yearly thing, hopefully with this house. Beach access was a short walk. Thank yall!

We had 12 people total. All teenagers/adults. The house fit everyone very well, with plenty of space. No one felt crowded. Plenty of outdoor space, and parking. The location was prefect. Would highly recommend this for your next getaway

Very please with the property. Everything was in working order. We fit 4 couples comfortably even with the bunk beds. Loved the location on the beach and the quiet neighborhood. We all felt like the house was well outfitted and priced. I will definitely reccomend to friends and stay again in the future.
