All five bedrooms have Roku-equipped smart TVs to connect you to your favorite streaming servers - just log in to enjoy! Four of the bedrooms are located on the main level, while the fifth bedroom is upstairs and designed for kids of all ages with three queen-sized beds and two twins. With slanted ceilings and a slumber party-like setup, the young ones in your group will love having this upstairs space to themselves! The first bedroom on the main floor is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, perfect for the young at heart. The second bedroom is the master suite with a king-size bed, access to the balcony, and a private ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms on the main floor also have king-sized beds, with one of the rooms having access to the balcony. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The home has three full bathrooms so that everyone in your group can get a turn without waiting. The first bathroom is ensuite to the primary bedroom and features dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The other bathroom on the main level offers a shower and tub combo. Finally, the upper-level bathroom has a walk-in shower. Please note there’s also an outdoor shower located below the home to rinse off any sand from the beach. You’ll find a washing machine and dryer in the hallway closet so that you can keep your clothes fresh during your stay. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ The open-concept layout of the kitchen and lounge area allows you to easily hang out as one large group. While the designated chef whips up tasty meals in the modern kitchen, the other guests can keep them company at the kitchen island or kick back on the comfy sofas in the living room. You can stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen smart TV - just remember to bring your own log-in info! ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The location near the ocean makes this holiday getaway a real treat every time you step outdoors. We provide cookware, dishes, linens, and beach towels. We do not provide any other household or beach equipment. The driveway and parking places are located at the front of the house and there’s space for multiple vehicles. You will need to walk up the steps to access the main part of the house. We use electronic locks, so no keys to worry about or misplace! We are dog-friendly, with restrictions, so please message us with details if you intend to bring your furry friend(s)! If you are bringing your furry friend, you must submit a message through the app to let us know the age and breed of the dog. We do not allow puppies or certain breeds that are known to be destructive. All dogs MUST be house trained and over one year old. You will be responsible for any damages caused by your dog. Please use the designated outdoor area for your pets to do their business, and utilize the provided waste station to clean up after them. Because we are dog-friendly, if you have any allergies pertaining to dogs, we recommend you do not stay here. While we do our best to thoroughly clean, we cannot guarantee that you may not have an allergic reaction from a previous guest’s dog(s). Do not feed or interact with any wildlife, as it could be potentially dangerous. Please ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the dumpsters located in the neighborhood. We do not recommend leaving food outside unattended.

Multiple family members with all aged children vacation and this is the perfect house. Plenty of room, clean beautiful home. Close to the beach with a walking path to it was great! Host was quick to respond and very friendly. We will definitely be booking it again. We absolutely loved the house and our stay.

Very nice property with three king beds for adults and two bedrooms with two queen bunk beds in one down and three queens and two twin beds upstairs. Made for a wonderful stay just steps from the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything and I mean everything we needed to cook for all our teenagers. Used the grill downstairs, there were also quite a few beach toys. Beach towels are stocked so didn't have to pack them in. We were short a couple of remotes but discovered there is an app for roku we used. Overall a 10 for family vacation!!

The “turtle” house was perfect for our family of 14! The place was well-stocked, had plenty of beds, a great deck for hanging out, and the 2nd row location was awesome. Easy walk to the beach! And, Derek was a wonderful host…quick to respond to questions and gave us clear instructions for check-on & check-out. Highly recommend this beach house!

We stayed here over New Years weekend with extended family and had an amazing stay, despite crazy foggy weather. The house was just as described and Derek was quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 15 people. We loved all the seating, inside and out. Highly recommend for a relaxing family stay!

Location was great with beautiful views. The cabin is located on a quiet section of the beach and was perfect. Very nice cabin that easily fit our 14 family members. Minor issues with sliding/ pocket doors for two bathrooms, but not a big problem. There was food underneath the sofa from a previous occupant, so housekeeping needs to notified. We had a pleasant stay and would rent this cabin again.

We had the best time during our stay! The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes / pots / pans for cooking, and most importantly very close to the beach! You might as well be on the beach. This place is very kid friendly and pet friendly. Highly recommend!

We had our kids and grandkids along with some siblings, their families, and my father. This was the perfect, relaxing week. The house was perfect with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Beach access was close and easy making it enjoyable even with small kids. We would stay here forever if we could!!!
