This house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is located on the 3rd row in the Stingaree Cove subdivision. Don’t forget your furry best friend! Cove’s Nest is a pet friendly home with a $200 non-refundable fee. Do you have a large family or group? Want to take a multi-family vacation? Look no further than Cove’s Nest! When you walk upstairs you’ll find a huge deck with tons of space for your enjoyment! This is the perfect spot to hang out with your family and listen to some music. From there, head on up to the main floor which has 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the top level you’ll find another bedroom, the living area and kitchen as well as a full bathroom. Pick your favorite spot to relax with your morning coffee or evening beverage and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Not to mention both floors have decks with beautiful views of the ocean. Downstairs is a gas grill to grill some burgers or your catch of the day! Be sure to use the shower downstairs to rinse off the sand. **Even when provided, internet access/satellite TV/cell service can be UNRELIABLE on the BOLIVAR PENINSULA. We are a rural community and weather sensitive. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.** We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included. There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need: 1 roll of paper towels 3 white kitchen trash bags 1 dishwasher tab (if applicable) 1 laundry tab (if applicable) 1 sponge 1 small dish soap 1 roll toilet paper per toilet Small bar hand soap Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula! This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. Please note, the mapping may be off on some properties. Overall the family vacation stay was great. There was one issue that created some issues because the bbq grills were filthy and totally unusable. We had to improvise and use the oven and also, go back and forth to the other house we were at to cook our burgers and dogs. But, we managed. The house overall was great for our very large family. I just wouldn’t plan to use the outside grills at this house.

It was a large home and accommodated our group of 20 ladies, with a great location. Beautiful view everywhere you looked. Spacious top floor with large kitchen and nice deck areas. The downside of this home are the stairs (3 stories) and the uncomfortable beds. The rooms are packed to the brim with beds so it was hard to have space for luggage. Not every room had a closet available to even store our things. We had a maintenance issue the first night and they were there right away so very responsive to our needs. Overall it was a lovely house and the lication was perfect, just wish the beds were better.

We had 6 families join for our annual trip down to Crystal Beach. From the moment we booked up until the morning we left the property manager was so helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. The house has 6 bedrooms and the layout was great! Our kids got to do "sleep overs" in the spacious bunk beds while the adults had plenty of room. All you need to do is bring your clothes, food, and drinks the house has everything else. As you can see in the pictures they have beach toys for the kids which came in handy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and if available next year we will definitely be back!

This place was huge, which was nice, however, everything felt really dirty. It was incredibly outdated and choppy. the first floor was just a bunch of rooms, which again, was nice to be able to accommodate so many, but it kept us very disconnected. Also there are 3 flights of stairs to climb which was sucky.

We have a large family and have gone to Crystal Beach every 4th of July for the past 4 years. This was by far the worst experience ever. The management company, Bolivar Escapes, could not be reached all weekend. We had issues and the person that followed up with me after my complaint letter basically told me they respond first to emergency situations. I guess my issues were not emergencies so they didn't matter. This house is dated and overall, dirty. Temp was worn off the stove so you had no idea what temperature you were cooking on. The dishwasher did not work. It came on but the dishes would be dirty when it was done. Just not at all what we expected for what we paid and the pics on the website.

This home was exactly as advertised! We were just a short walk from the beach and the views were amazing! There were 18 of us with plenty of room for all! The kitchen/dining/living room area was so roomy and perfect for our needs! With plenty of covered outdoor seating as well. The lower level that is one big covered deck was a great place for the kids to hang out and the breeze coming through was very pleasant! We definitely recommend this home for a large family! I will say that if you can’t do stairs this is not the place for you… with the kitchen/family room on the third level.

House is huge and the number of beds and how many it sleeps is staggering! Deck space is also huge and the top deck is above the roof line of the houses in front giving you a clear view of the beach. Had a fantastic time and will book again for future large events.

We rented this with all our family, it was perfect. The location was right by the beach. The rooms were good. All bunks were full size beds. Plenty of room on the top floor and all the windows have you an amazing view. The beach was within walking distance and it wasn’t crowded in the area. It was a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Only downfall was, there are ALOT of step and no elevator & when the wind picked up you could feel the house swaying some. Overall we loved our stay here. ❤️

Home is very spacious and the open concept living space is great for large families with multiple age groups! Surround sound, washer n dryer and coffee pots! Internet is sketchy at times.. Outside deck space is great!! Just a short walk to the beach! Very limited shopping, so stock up on supplies before arriving since Ferry rides into Galveston have long wait time!

Fantastic property!! Great space for large groups! AC was great after filter cleaned. (day one had me worried) View was great and beach is soooo close! But if you can’t do A LOT is stairs this property is not for you!! We will be back in a few years…newborn in the family next year so we will be skipping the stairs with a baby!
