The staff responded almost promptly and fixed any issue almost instantly and the size of the property was great

Estuvimos muy agusto. La habitación era muy grande y cómoda, la zona exterior ideal. El servicio super atento y eran encantadores!
Calidad precio, un 10.
La ducha no era muy cómoda y en todo el baño no entraba nada de luz natural…
El desayuno podrían mejorarlo ya que se servía un poco frío

Spent over a week at this villa and it was an excellent stay overall.
The villa itself feels spacious and private, with a beautiful courtyard and a very clean pool. The location is genuinely quiet and peaceful, while still being close to supermarkets and only 12-18 minutes from most attractions.
The staff were friendly and the WhatsApp communication was very responsive. I arrived very late at night (around 3 AM) and check-in was still handled smoothly and without any issues.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'd realistically need, and there's a drinking water dispenser with a cooler, which was very convenient. Air conditioning worked great, Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and there's even a mosquito repellent plug-in for the night, so no bugs at all. I also felt very safe here throughout my stay.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful base in Ubud.

L'emplacement, dans un lieu tranquille entre deux supermarchés récents (10 mn à pied) et le (petit) night market. La literie, la piscine et la disponibilité du personnel.
Le manque d'entretien de la villa, le manque de propreté. La villa est si vieillissante... Deux transats pour quatre, pas assez de vaisselle... Je ne reviendrais pas, il y a tellement mieux et plus récent.
