The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Being able to watch people go by and take part in Aarti. Although it was only a 6.9 score we took a chance as it was so much cheaper than the one we had originally booked. Its views were better than the more expensive one. We were offered a lovely room on the top floor but were allowed to choose one on a lower floor as it suited our needs.
Some people may find that it is in great need of a thorough clean, and a make over, however the manager had made a start on this and it was our choice to stay on a lower floor in order to get better pics and to have a balcony. Please note it is a very tiny balcony shared with the room next door so only room for 2 people standing however it was all we needed so we were very happy. Some people may find the bed mattress a bit hard but we were both fine with it. The original room had a much softer mattress but it was our choice to move.

Le location is absolutely perfect to attend the Aarti or even watch it from the room. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The room is very old, dirty and not really comfortable. You can't get hot water from the shower. It needs a little refurbishment.

Only location
It was not clean, smelling bad, bathroom lock was not working, it was feel like small hostel not hotel, hot water kettle was filthy when asked to change took the old one never bring new back.
