This condo is so nice and roomy! Love that you have a garage to pull into. The club house is just around the corner. The pool was warm! The kids loved it! It is a great place to stay! The owner is very fast on responding with whatever you need while you are staying there.

This house was in a great location for our vacation. We hiked Zion, Red Cliffs, and Valley of Fire. Owner was great at communicating, house was clean, and beds were comfortable.

The property was very nice and clean. It was the perfect size for us (6 adults, 2 kids, 2 infants). Even after we left one of the adults realized she left her wedding ring and Davy was super helpful in getting it back to us.

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas and were extremely please with the unit. They had it decorated for Christmas so we were able to put our presents under the tree. Very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.

This place was wonderful. It was so clean and well stocked. It was a quiet area but has a pool for the kids to play in and a fun little pond close by that has fish and ducks. It’s not right in the craziness of the city but close enough that it’s easy to get to. It’s easy to find and we had a great time staying there.

Perfect despite the weather

Perfect despite the weather

We booked months in advance and happened to pick the one cold week of March. It even snowed! We still swam every day of the 5 days we stayed, even when a crazy cold breeze blew because the 2 hot tubs and heated pools were so good! The unit itself was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had plenty of beds and was well stocked. The owner was amazing with communication as well. Someone had just damaged the garage door before we arrived and he had a professional come out to look at it and service it quickly.

Great Condo… no trailer parking

The condo was great and everything you would expect. Davy is was very hospitable and responsive. I give the condo 5 stars. The only problem is Coral Ridge offers zero trailer parking. They used to have offsite, 3rd party vendors you could contact for trailer parking, but those places don’t do short term parking anymore. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay in Coral Ridge if we are coming to St George with our ATV.

Davy is a great landlord and quick to respond to issues or questions. Huge house for an amazing price. Fans in all the rooms to help keep cool, full kitchen, almost everything you could ask for. I say almost only because of some minor details - there’s a TV but it is pretty old and can’t connect to much of anything, and there’s no cable/antenna hooked up; the grout and carpets could use with a serious deep clean; shower heads with the removable head and the hose would be a huge improvement (especially when bathing little kids). Overall a great place to stay, and I would stay here again, but the above suggestions would make the place much better.
