Room Configurations: Primary Suite (downstairs) - King bed and private ensuite, Sleeps 2 Guest Suite (upstairs) - 2 Queen beds, Sleeps 4 Bunk Room (upstairs) - One twin size bunk bed with a trundle and a Queen bed with private ensuite, Sleeps 5. Each bedroom has a smart TV. There is also a pack n play available in the home. Parking: The home has a small garage and additional unnumbered parking spaces are available around the community within walking distance. If bringing an ATV trailer, they can be parked in an open parking space, but must be un-hitched from support vehicle. There are extra-long parking spaces located on one side of the community for Trailers and RVs. Smoking: This is a strict NON SMOKING property. (This includes Vaping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule. There are no pets allowed at this property.
