Nestled in Loughman, this charming house for $178 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A simply stunning Villa with beautiful views and no rear neighbors. Relax, unwind and watch the sun go down over conservation area from the comfort of the pool area/terrace. New vinyl plank flooring recently installed Dec 2022 in all the bedrooms so this house does not have any carpet! Amazing Games Room in the garage that includes a Pool Table, Foosball Table & Air Hockey! All bedroom have their own 32 inch flat screen smart tv's, so guests can make use of their Amazon/Netflix's accounts to stream their favorites and catchup (if you have time!) whilst at the house. The villa has 2 Master suites with en-suite bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom sleeping up to 10 comfortably. Florida Retreat is an ideal choice for nature lovers and those wishing to experience peace and tranquility, in luxurious surroundings. The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Downtown. Universal Studios, The Holy Land , Wet and Wild and Sea World are also a short drive away on Interstate I-4. Florida Retreat is exquisitely furnished with everything to make your stay an unforgettable one. The bright and airy kitchen offers granite countertops and wood cabinetry. The appliances in the kitchen include refrigerator / freezer with water, cubed or crushed ice, range, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, electric mixer, 10 cup rice cooker, electric tea kettle, colander, ice-cream scoop, 4 slice toaster, cookery, cookware and glasses ( just to mention a few). It is equipped with everything to prepare a family feast for any occasion. You have a choice of eating in the kitchen area which seats 8 or at the pub table which seats 4. Or out on the patio by the pool which has seating for 6 guests under our covered Lanai. Use the large family room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable sofas, stunning furnishings and lamps, LG 65 inch Smart TV with FIOS 180 channels, Blu-Ray DVD player, free wireless internet. The Master bedroom is Lush Tropical themed and has an en-suite bathroom which opens onto the pool area. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, 32” Flat screen TV with cable, a ceiling fan, lamp, dresser, mirror and night stand. It also opens onto the pool via a sliding glass door. All bedrooms are carpeted. Master bedroom #2 is a Rusty themed Sunset and Vines Queen bedroom with ceiling fan, lamp, nightstand, 32” TV with flat screen and cable. Bedroom #3 is an Eva Mendes Queen bedroom collection with dresser, nightstand, mirror, lamp, 22” flat screen TV with cable. Bedroom #4 has 2 Double (Full) Beds with 22” flat screen TV with cable and a standing lamp. The pool is south west facing with a screen enclosure, table and seating for 6 and 2 chaise loungers as well as a safety fence for the little ones should you need it. Enjoy the Red Head Crane birds as you overlook the conservation area in the backyard allowing you lots of privacy. Did we mention NO REAR Neighbors! **Pool heating can be added Oct - April for an additional charge** The pool fence is up at all times for the benefit and safety of our guests. The garage has been converted into a Nascar Themed games room with foosball, and pool table and air hockey, perfect for long matches and children's entertainment! Inside the games room is also the laundry room with a full washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The villa is fully equipped with all linens and towels needed for your vacation. There is also a pack n play, umbrella stroller and a high chair for the babies. There is a BBQ grill available to use. Since there is no charge to use it, we do ask to please clean the grill after using and if the propane does run out during your stay, please refill it. Liked the rooms. It was nice to stay in a home that didn't have bunk beds since we were all adults. Wish they had a handrail for getting in and out of the pool and hot tub.. Not enough Kitchen cook wear. Needs more frying pans and cook wear. Glasses were very dirty. They need to replace the drinking glasses since they were foggy and couldn't really get them clean. Only the 2 master bedrooms have ceiling fans the other 2 bedrooms don't and it got warm in there. Overall it was nice.

This place worked great for our family trip to Florida. Close to groceries and worked well for travelling to Disney. Pool and game room was great for our 6 year old.

We had an excellent time and the property was just as listed. The home has an excellent lay out and is well kept. The pool was very clean and great with lots of room to swim around. The community has great homes and seems like a nice area. The beds were extremely comfortable and all linens towels were clean. If we do rent a home in the future again we would definitely stay here again, no point messing with a good thing.

We picked this house for a weeklong stay with our extended family of 10. We loved the pool area and the large comfy couch where we could all comfortably hang out (if we weren’t going straight to bed after long park days). Location was great, too. We only had to deal with minimal Orlando traffic!

Home was beautiful and clean but lacking conveniences like blankets, bowls, utensils, soaps and shampoos, beach/pool equipment, and tissues. Pool was dirty, we requested someone to come and clean three times and no one ever came to clean it. We were not able to use it, which was disappointing.

We loved our time in FL, staying at this clean & beautiful beach house! We all spent time in the pool & relaxing together on the couch. Everything was really clean & the beds were all super comfortable. There's a lot of space for us to spread out & enjoy. Our kids played games in the garage & we spent time in the pool every day. There's a lot of bathrooms which is a huge plus for big families. There's also a washer & dryer so we were able to keep up on the laundry during our stay. We bought groceries from the local store & had plenty of space & dishes to make food at home to save on some cost in traveling. The house is close to Disney & conveniently located in between all of the beautiful beaches we visited. We went to St. Augustine, St. Pete & Flagler beaches. We also traveled to a few other cities to visit family. Next time we're in FL we'll book this house again! It's perfect for anyone that needs a home away from home! It's also extremely affordable, especially for a large family when you're traveling but don't want to break the bank. For us being cost effective is the way to go. Staying in a large house close to everything is better than a tiny hotel that's more than triple the cost. Overall we loved our stay, everything was just perfect and can't wait to come back again!

The property was exactly how it showed. Even though it says to bring your own toiletries and such they did have TP in the bathrooms and there should’ve been more than one detergent packet if families are expected to start a load of laundry for check out. They have extra towels and washcloths and beach/pool towels The pool does attract A LOT of bugs no matter how many times you skim it the bugs/dirt is smaller than the net skimmer lol not a huge deal but just an FYI. AC can’t be set less than 74 degrees. It’s a 30+ minute drive to Universal but traffic wasn’t terrible for us around noon when we went. Beds are FIRM (not my thing). Everyone LOVED the couch haha large, soft and comfy! Overall the stay was fine for the 5 days we were there.

The home was beautiful and clean, but significantly lacked conveniences such as blankets/throws, bowls and utensils, beach/pool equipment, soaps, shampoos, tissues, etc. It was comfortable but very bare. When we arrived, the pool was very dirty, with debris throughout and dead insects and dirt along the bottom. We asked multiple times for someone to come clean the pool and spa, but it remained dirty and unusable during our entire stay.

The management company and the overall layout of the house were great!
Unfortunately the pictures looked better than the actual product. It wasn’t anything that we couldn’t look past, just some cosmetic issues that made the place feel cheap.
Some of the vent covers were in rough shape and had discoloration from what appeared to be rust. The flooring transitions in the doorways were not secured to the floor and would flip over/move if you stepped on them. The light fixtures were very dated and not very nice to look at. The patio lights did not turn on. The jacuzzi jets would not turn on.
Very minor stuff all in all, but it was just kind of a bummer.
Hopefully some changes are made/repairs done. Would be a great house then!

100 stars! Very clean and beautiful neighborhood. We had a problem with the ac due to the kids, leaving the garage door open, but we were helped immediately. We will definitely be back!

We had a nice comfortable stay in this clean house. It suited our family of three perfectly with plenty of room to spare. Everything is as advertised and we had no issues inside the house. The pool area is very private with no neighbours behind. It’s also very quiet at night. Just be aware that the spa is not a hot tub and uses the same water as the pool. We couldn’t really figure out how to turn on the jets but it wasn’t a big deal.
Thr location is great. It’s close to the I4 with access to the theme parks, shopping and airport but far enough to offer some peace and quiet after a day out. Just a note. Traffic on the I4 is very busy at all times of the day. Be sure to account for that when heading out. Also, there’s construction on the road heading to the I4 which makes traffic slow on rush hours. Just something to be aware of. All in all, a great stay in a nice house and we would definitely stay there again!

This house was perfect for our spring break trip with the grandparents! The two master bedrooms were very convenient with two sets of adults and the other two bedrooms fit our three kids perfectly! There was plenty of space and the game room was loved by all. The house and pool were clean and very nice to come back to after busy days at Disney. Overall, this place was perfect for us!

This is our 2nd time staying at the home and this trip was as good as the last. Kids enjoyed the pool and the game room and adults enjoyed the peacefulness of the natural preserve behind the home. We made use of the sand volleyball court, playground, and large community pool available to the community as well. I would recommend this home to any family traveling to the Orlando area.

Overall, the house was great. Enough kitchen gear, and bathroom towels for our needs. Each master bedroom has a ceiling fan which was appreciated, kids loved their room. Master with queen bed had a small mishap with the closet door coming of it’s track but we were able to put it back on. Location of house rear facing nature was a plus as we are country folks so it reminded us a little of home. Overall, great property and check in and out was a breeze and we’re required to physically wait at a desk to do so made it all the better!

Property was great. Accommodations were great. Secluded. Quiet. Gated. Would stay there again. I understand why, but pots, pans & kitchen utensils were terrible. Non stick were all scratched. Utensils real flimsy. But if you had quality cookware, people might be inclined to take. Because we tried to save a bit by cooking some meals, they proved to be a bit challenging with the condition of cookware & utensils. But outside of this, we got exactly what signed up for.

The house was perfect for my husband, two adult children, and mother in law. Everyone had their own room and only my young adult children shared a bathroom. The spa was relaxing and the house was well equipped with amenities, especially towels for the pool and spa. My husband and children enjoyed the game room. They played pool matches day/night.

Nice rental, very smooth booking process, good instructions and communication, problem with air conditioning was fixed the same day, a few other minor issues but nothing that ruined our stay. Good location for Disney, secure gated community, good facilities, games room a nice extra, would recommend.

Our family had an amazing vacation thanks to Welcome Homes USA. Our host Jennifer was responsive, helpful and friendly. Our family of seven enjoyed our clean and spacious home with an outdoor pool. Don't think about it, just book this property ASAP!!

This home was perfect for our families! Spacious living room and kitchen area. Perfect for family time. The game room provided nights of fun and friendly competition. The only draw back was the ripped screens in the pool area. We were accosted by Flys and other bugs. We had to skim the pool a few times daily. Even had a few little lizard and frog guests that needed to be helped out. With that said it wasn't anything that ruined our experience. We will be back next year.
