We came to celebrate 1 of 4 sisters 50th birthdays. She lives in Fayetteville, along with her teenage son and 2 adult children who are married with children. We have 8 adults, 1 teen 2 kidos ages 5 and 7 as well as 1 infant 2 months old. This house was amazing for all to visit, only 5 of us slept in the house. Nice little yard the playground worked perfectly for the little ones. We utilized every room. The location was great, right between everyone visiting no one had to drive too far to get to and from. This is a beautiful home! Casey, the owner was amazing and attentive. Quick to respond very pleasant to communicate with.

I love old houses this is a favorite of mine very homey feel quite neighborhood extremely close to anything and everything host was quick with responding to any questions we had would definitely stay again

This property was just perfect for our family get away. All the rooms were clean and the place had lots of beautiful decorations. It felt very cozy.The host was very accommodating and was able to check in early too. I would like to recommend the place for anyone looking for good atmosphere home for vacation.

We were in town to attend a baby shower for my daughter. The house was wonderful! Plenty of room for all of us and enough bathrooms for all of us women! A/C worked great thankfully for it was quite warm outside. Would definitely stay again!

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. The backyard is great for kids. Casey was very good about responding very quickly to any questions that I had.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home. It was just the amount of space my family needed to all be together! Thank you to our host for allowing us to get into the house a little earlier, after a long day of traveling.

Had a lot of family there at one time. There was a place for everyone staying in the house. Plus there was enough room when non family guest visited. The house was perfect for all ages to have a place to enjoy. Basketball goal, swing and treehouse. Fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows. There were steps that might be an issue for those with toddlers but I think they may have had baby gates in the closet. Amazing ! I would definitely rent again.

The Place was PERFECT for our stay. The grill is small so that was a slight inconvenience but the place more than made up for it!

We stayed for a wedding weekend. The property is just as it looks. Lovely home with the softest sheets ever! 5 mins from our wedding location - Highlands Country Club, and essentially 10 mins from everywhere else! It was a beautiful neighborhood with lovely fall colors! (a big deal for us Florida girls) Communication with the owner was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay. We were here for a wedding and the accommodations fit well for us adult females and three full bathrooms. GREAT! We're from Michigan and aren't accustomed to the extra large tree bugs that visited us after the rain which was on the last day of our stay. The only issues were the dip in the driveway at the curb and the closet door in the room with the bunk beds was unhinged and fell. Everything else was as described, clean, beautiful, quiet and comfortable. I would love to stay again and would highly recommend this home.

I stayed at this property in early August. The footprint is great, the bedrooms are large and the living spaces conducive to the baby shower we hosted for our daughter’s first baby. The host was responsive with all correspondence. The home had many of the basics needed for the quick weekend rental. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Fees stayed up front are accurate. No surprises- enjoyed our stay

Casey was a very kind and helpful host.. always being willing to help. We had plenty of room for our family and other family members came to visit us during our stay. It was clean and close to everything. We will definitely stay with Casey again when we come to Fayetteville.

Things to fix- microwave doesn't heat up, front porch lights don't work so it makes it hard to navigate the front porch steps at night, also doesn't feel safe in the front at night for your car because it's so dark. We couldn't leave any food out, including our dogs food because it would be swarmed by tiny black ants. We also found a frog in the kitchen, but I feel like that is normal for the Carolinas.

Nice Large Home
Great long term stay with wife and two children(12 and 10). The house was warm and friendly with tons of room. We stayed while we renovated our own home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Everyone had their own room and bathroom so we were very comfortable. The yard is big so the kids had a place to play as well. Loved the outdoor firepit too. I highly recommend it for either a short stay or a long one!

Marvelous March visit!
Beautifully decorated and clean home centrally located in a historic, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Fayetteville and Ft Bragg. We had ten people at the home and we all had plenty of space to sleep and relax. Enclosed backyard where my son enjoyed running. The three bathrooms easily accommodated our group with plenty of hot water for all. This home is so spacious with a large dining room and table. Easy communication with the responsive host in advance of the visit. Some of the pillows and mattresses and towels however need to be updated (master mattress was great with the mattress topper) but this was minor and overall a great stay. We’d definitely stay again! Wonderful five days!

Perfection
Anyone looking for the perfect Fayetteville vacation rental will love this house. This 100 year old house took us back in time and has been beautifully restored. The firepit was great! We loved the spacious bedrooms, and everyone had their own bath. Kitchen was fully equipped. It was a great place to spen Christmas with family and friends.

We stayed with our family here for my wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was well equipped and had everything we needed to have a great stay. I mixed up my reservations and had paid a pet fee for the wrong place, but the hosts were understanding and we were able to fix the mixup at the end. Would definitely stay here again!

Fridge did not work but thank goodness they let us use the one in the shed but still sucked having to go outside for everything. Middle hall bathroom kept clogging up happened 3 times in 2 days. House was beautiful and roomy. Kids loved the swing set. Not stocked very good to make dinner there as far as pots and pans

Great house
My wedding took place July 9th so I decided to rent the hone for all the men the night before. When I tell you it was a beautiful home, it was. I was able to go up on the third floor bedroom and write my vows in peace and enjoy the game with the guys in the living room. Excellent host and I highly recommend. Thank you

Property was nice and just as described. Den tv didn’t have a remote but no biggie there were two other ones that worked for that tv. A few stools had broken or loose backs. Some dishes were not clean but we just put them in the dishwasher. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. House was welcoming and decorated with class. The backyard was great for family time. We came with a teenager and 2 kids under 2. The property manager was polite and prompt with communication. I would highly recommend this property. Thx!
