Excellent staff, took very good care of us

The shower glass came off and we couldn't close it properly. Hairdryer was also broken and we heard chair noises in the middle of the night

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and we were provided with water whenever we requested it, the room had hair dryer included and body wash. The aesthetic of the room was great, the bed was comfortable, and overall it was a great experience for the price. The city centre was about 10 minutes from the hotel, so very accessible as well. Definitely recommend it :D

There were some poor (a bit annoying) design choices: On the bathroom you can't sit properly on the toilet since the sink is right in front of it, so I had to sit sideways (I'm 1.64m, so for taller people, I imagine it would be even worse) even tho the bathroom was rather spacious so I felt it was really just a poor design, the sink leaked everytime it was used, so there was always a puddle in the middle of the bathroom, the shower was at the end of a 3m "corridor" however only one person could fit in it - they could've made a shower with double/triple the space and a much smaller, no needed, corridor. One recommendation is to add surface space to hold our amenities in the shower; there are no shelves other than a curved soap holder, so you have to put everything on the floor, which leads to even less space. Also there are no wall hangers/holder to put your towels other than the one to put the hands towel (and it's on the wall behind the toilet - again, poor design - so there's really no place to put your shower towel other than on top of the toilet (from which you have to cross the "corridor" and leave everything wet), so I recommend adding several hangers on the "corridor" or even behind the door for example, since it's such an easy fix. Plus, it could be usefull too have some in the room too, complementing the wardrobe on the wall. Lastly, I'd like to recommend leaving some extra toilet paper in the bathroom; We only had one, and we only noticed after it was finished, because usually there are extras in hotels. These are just some small notes and recommendations that would've made our stay even better, but overall, great experience :D

The receptionists (the girl and the boy) were very polite and tried to help, unlike their manager.

The managers' careless attitude. We arrived at this hotel at night after traveling for the whole day. It was +40 degrees, so we paid for 2 nights in the room with A/C, and the A/C was broken. The receptionist tried to fix it, but it wouldn’t work. He called the manager. We asked to change rooms, and he said all the rooms were sold out, which we think was a lie. So we asked for a discount, since we paid for a thing that wasn’t there. The manager said it wasn’t his problem and refused. So we slept in a hot, stuffy room for the full price. It was only the next day that we were able to change rooms.
